I had a sleepless night. It's just that whenever I think of him, my heart jumps out of my chest. Leaving him stranded, without a goodbye saddened me. I quickly brush my hair and walk downstairs. Rose petals covered the floor in a path, and at the bottom stood Danny, holding the balloon. "Hi, Beautiful."

He had to enter now. At least I didn't have bed head. Mother was at work, Dad too. Today the balloon was really cute. It had my name on it in different fonts, and the number "three" was formed by two horseshoes. "Hey, Danny." It was hard to be excited, since I just woke up. "What brings Prince Charming here?"

He had a goofy grin on his face. "Well, my mom always said when I got a girlfriend to treat her right, so I am making you breakfast." He had a Target bag with bacon and eggs in it.

"Did you just buy these? You really didn't have to." I feared he would waste money on me. The rose petals felt soft on my bare feet.

"Actually, no. I brought some materials from my house." Danny walked over to the kitchen and heat up a pan with vegetable oil. Is it possible that he could actually cook better than me? Well, yeah, cause I genuinely suck. "Sunny side up?" Daniel cracked eggs into one pan and lay four pieces of bacon into another.

I could barely cook ramen, and he somehow turns all Iron Chef on me. "Umm..sure. Just a question? When did you start learning how to cook?"

He put salt on the eggs, but just enough to add flavor. "Well, I started cooking at seven, but I helped my mom bake when I was five. You?"

I took a chef hat from a drawer, and I placed it on his head. "Me? Actually, I was twelve. I still don't know how to sauté vegetables." The hat gave it a nice touch. Eggs slid onto a plate.

"Maybe I could teach you how. Sautéing is a pretty simple technique." There goes the bacon. It smelt so good. Luckily, I was an only child, so I could eat this without feeling bad.

"That'd be nice." How often did he make me smile? I have a theory it is just his presence. I took the eggs, Danny took the bacon and we placed it on the dining table. "Oh, sorry for leaving without a goodbye, but you know my mom, one second late, and she is ready to call 911."

"No biggie, Cass. I understand you. I do have a mother myself." When we finished eating all of the delicious food, I suddenly felt light headed.

"D-Dan-ny, I d-don't feel good-d." My stomach was trying to kill me.

I guess he was right. I trust him. Right?
