I Want Him To Be Mine

Chapter 5

Today was the day of the concert. I was so excited about it. I barely slept last night because I was really depressed . I could not stop thinking about what Niall told me. He clearly told me that he was happy with Courtney and that I won't change any of it. But this morning I was quite happy because I can say that I'm his friend. At least, he knows me.

I woke up in a good mood because it was the DAY. I washed myself, I blew dry my hair and straightned it. I was wearing a pastel blue skirt with a very short black shirt.

I heard my ringing tone. I picked up and it was Niall.

" Hey! How are ya ? " I said.

" I'm mad, but it doesn't matter... You ? " He replied.

" Yeah it matters !What happened? and yeah I'm great. " I shouted.

" If you insist. Courtney wanted me to sleep on the couch because we had a fight and now she's still angry and don't wanna talk with me. " Niall said upset.

" Oh I see. Everything's going to be fine Niall. She loves you. Give her time. " I replied. I don't think that she really loves him for him but for money and fame. I thought that it wasn't a very appropriate thing to say so I shut my mouth.

" I guess so... " He whispered through the phone.

" Yeah ... So why were you calling ? " I asked him.

" Umm ... Nothing. I just wanted to talk to you. But I gotta go. See ya! " He told me.

" Ok ! " I said.

I hung up.

(few hours later)

I arrived at the venue. They were a lot of girls waiting outside. I was alone because I didn't want my mom or my dad to come with me.

I received a text. I unlocked my phone and I saw that it was from Niall.

Niall :

Hey ! Do you wanna come with me backstage? Courtney didn't wanna come and I'm alone now haha ! And you could meet the other boys!


Me :

Of course ! I'm alone too :(


Niall :

Perfect ! Just show this to the security guard, he'll let ya in!


Me :

Ok great! I'll be there in 5.


I went to the closest entry and they were two massive guys standing on each side of the door.

" Can we see your backstage pass ? " One of them spoke.

" I don't have a pass but Niall told me to show you this. " I handed him my phone and showed him Niall's text. The other security guard came closer to take a look at it.

" It seems fake! You know it's really easy to fake it. We won't let you in. You guys are crazy, you are always trying to sneak in. The boys don't like you, they don't even know you. Get over it! " The one with my phone in his hands said.
He gave me my phone back.

It was mean what he told me and actually I do know them well... one of them!

Now I can't get in! How great is it ? I decided to text Niall

Me:

Niall, they don't want to let me in. They think that's fake!

Not even a second later he replied.


Niall :

Oh crap! Hold on, I'm coming! Which entry are you at?


Me :

Ok and entry #2 .


I waited for a while and then Niall arrived. He told the security and they finally accepted to let me in. A bunch of girls saw Niall and they started to scream. Hundreds of fans came and Niall got mobbed.
He grapped me by the arm and we managed to enter in the arena.

" Are you alright ? " He asked.

" Yeah, yeah! I'm totally fine but this is crazy! " I replied.

" Yeah I know ! "

" So let me introduce you to the boys. " He told me.

I was so excited to meet them, I was jumping everywhere. We walked in the arena and I finally stopped infront of a door " One Direction's dressing room ".

Niall knocked at the door " Are you guys decent ? Oh and we don't care anyway? "

He opened it and the boys were all there. Harry was all wet and it seemed like he had just taken his shower. Louis and Liam were playing Fifa on their playstation because yeah they have a playstation in their dresssing room. And Lou (their stylist if you don't know) was doing Zayn's hair.

" Hi guys ! " I shouted.

" Hey! " They all said.

" So this is Ariana!" Niall told them.

" Nice to meet you girl but Niall what about Courtney ? " Louis said confused.

" Oh umm... Courtney couldn't come and that's nothing. Ariana's a friend of mine. " Niall replied.

I talked with all the guys for a while. They were all so friendly. They were very funny and it was like we already knew each other.
Niall went into the tiny bathroom to prepare himself for the concert.

" How did you meet Niall ? He has never told us about you! " Harry said.

" That was pretty embarrassing... I was swimming in the ocean and a huge wave hit me hard and I bumped into Niall. " I said laughing.

" Yeah that's quite funny! " He shouted.

A good looking guy entered the room. He had brown hair and light blue eyes. He was tall and he looked a bit like Harry.

" Hey mate ! " Louis yelled.

" Hi ! " He yelled back.

He gave all of them a hug. (A/N you know guy hug! not a girly thing haha) He walked toward me and stared at me. He gave me two kisses on my cheeks.

" Hello pretty girl ! What's your name? " He said with a huge smile.

" Ariana! What's yours ? " I asked.

" I'm Jake! Oh and I forgot to mention that I'm Louis friend from school. " He replied.

Everyone was sitting on the big couch so I joined them exept Niall who was still in the bathroom. Jake followed me. He sat right next to me. He put his arm around my shoulders. It was really awkward. I talked with the boys for a while. Jake flirted with me the whole time.

" Hey babe, do you wanna go on a date with me tonight ? " Jake asked me.

Do you seriously think that I'll go on a date with you the night of the concert. No...

" Umm ... Well... I'm thirsty, I'll get myself something to drink. I'll be right back" I didnt know what to say. I exited the room.

" She's coming to the concert dude! I asked her to come ! " Niall yelled.

Niall's POV

I was in the bathroom taking a shower to be ready for the show. I got out of the tiny room because Lou had to do my hair. I opened the door to see Jake , Louis' mate, with his arm around Ariana's shoulders. I heard him asking her for a date or something and she got up. She left the room.

" She's coming to the concert dude ! I asked her to come ! " I yelled.

I ran to him and pushed him into the wall. I was so angry.

" WHAT THE F**K MAN!!! SHE'S MINE! DON'T TOUCH HER " I screamed.

The boys ran toward us to help Jake.

" NIALL WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU ?! " Louis shouted at me.

I didn't listen to him and continued yelling.

" NIALL STOP MAN !! SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS SINGLE ! YOU ARE HURTING ME " He shouted.

I let him go.

" Why Niall !? You have a girlfriend. Ariana isn't yours ! " Zayn said.

" What it wrong with me? I'm sorry Jake, I don't know why I did that ! " I shouted.

Seriously what was wrong with me. I love Courtney with all my heart. I can't love Ariana. No No No. It's impossible. But she's perfect! Ah I hate myself I'm like mentally cheating on Courtney.

" Are you alright Niall? " Liam asked.

" Umm... I don't know Liam. " I replied.

Ariana's POV

I entered the dressing room while drinking some water. Niall's face was so pale and all the boys were looking at me.

" Is everything alright? " I asked with a confused look.

" Yeah! Everything's fine. " Zayn replied back.

Paul opened the door and told the boys that it was time to go and they left.

" Ariana and Jake, you can come with me! I'll find you seats. " He said.

" Oh ! I'm leaving. I'm not staying for the concert. " Jake told Paul.

" You are leaving !? " I asked him.

" Yeah. It was nice to meet you ! " Jake shouted.

" I hope we'll meet again. " I said with a little smile.

I followed Paul to my seat. I was first row. That was amazing. He told me to come backstage when the show was done. I nodded and thanked him.

The first part started, it was 5 seconds of summer and they were incredible. I'm also a fan of them so I was very happy to see these boys. The boys (one direction) came on stage. Everyone was screaming.


I danced and sang the whole concert. It was awesome. The boys were so cool on stage. They didn't stop doing weird dances.

I got up of my seat and walked backstage. Now the security guards knew that I was allowed to see Niall. I saw him in the hallway. I ran to him and gave him a hug because I was so happy. He hugged me back but he was still weird. Niall wasn't like usually and seemed sick.

" You guys were so good! " I shouted.

" Thanks girl " Harry said.

" We are taking a cab and going to our villa. Goodbye Niall and of course Ariana. I hope that we'll meet again. You are a nice girl. " Louis said.

" Aw thanks Louis. See ya! " I replied.

I said goodbye to all the boys. Niall and me exited the arena. He called a cab. A lot of fans were waiting outside for the boys. I walked to the taxi and Niall stopped to take pictures and sign autographs. He finally came in. We told the driver the address of our hotel.

" We are there! It costs 18 bucks " The driver told us.

" Here's the money! " Niall handed him the money.

" We can split Niall ! You don't need to pay. " I said.

" No no, that's totally fine! " He shouted.

I just replied with a huge smile. As we entered into the hotel Niall told me that he was leaving tonight to the villa with the boys because Courtney left earlier. He wanted to spend some times with the boys.

" Oh ok... I guess with won't see each other again then... " I said with a sadly face.

He didn't reply and left to his room to pack his things.

I hope that I'll see him again ...
