I Want Him To Be Mine

Chapter 9

" Excuse me ? " I snapped. I wasn't going to let him talk to me like that. He had invited me here so I was welcomed. I understand that he was mad because Courtney knows that I was with him but he could have lied to her and told her that it was a girl on TV. I don't know, he could at least have tried.

" How do you expect me to react? " I shouted. He was sitting on the bed with his head in his hands.

" Stop overreacting! I just told you to shut up, it's not a big deal.'' Was he kidding me. You don't tell someone to shut up. And yeah, it was a big deal for me.

" Can we stop fighting seriously! We both act like kids. " I said. I was tired to fight with him.

" I think that we should end all of this. Be realistic Ariana, we both know that this relationship is never going to work. We need to end this. I'm just going to live my life on my side and you are going to live yours on your side. " Niall explained.

I know that we are a lot fighting and arguing but we cannot end this. No, it's impossible. He is the one not being realistic. Does he really think that Courtney loves him? She just want the money. He can be a very naive guy.

" If that's what you want, I'll respect your choice. " I had to accept his choice even if I wasn't agreeing with his decision.

We said our goodbye. I was stronger that I thought because I didn't cry. I opened the back door to go find the other boys. I couldn't leave without talking to them. They were all in the pool. They all turned their head to look at me. I explained to them why I was leaving. They seemed sad to say goodbye to me. I hugged them all. They made me promise that I'd give them a call.

Niall's POV

" Your passport ? " The old lady snapped at me. I turned around to grab my paper in my backpack. She was looking at me with annoyance because I wasn't faster enough for her. I handed her my passport and she scanned it. She told me that everything was alright and gave it back to me.

I passed through security and everything. The boys and I couldn't wait to go home. We hadn't seen our family for three months. There were a few free chairs. I sat on one and Zayn sat beside me. Liam, Harry, Louis and Jake were at the McDonald's in the airport. Jake was still with us.

" The flight in direction of London is reported. " A voice said into the intercom. Then we had time to kill.

" Is Courtney going to the airport to see you? " Zayn asked. Since he had found Ariana in the villa, I had told him everything that was going on with the girls.

" I guess. I called her back after Ariana left. We are on good terms now. "

" I'll miss Ariana though. She is a nice girl. " Zayn added.

" Yeah she is. You should stay in touch with her. It's not because I ended everything with her that you cannot be her friend. " It was true that she is a nice girl but I had to choose and I chose Courtney. Our relation is way more stable and she lives in London not in Canada.

We finally got into the plane. I used to be afraid of planes. Now, it's part of my routine. I went to my seat and put my backpack in a compartment above me. Harry was sitting next to me. I had the seat near the window because I like to look outside.

The plane landed a few hours later. I had slept the whole time. It was noon in the UK. There were a lot of fans waiting for us. The security didn't want to have any trouble, so we left by the entrance.

I saw Courtney standing all by herself. When she noticed my presence, she ran to me and jumped in my arms. It was great to see her. I kissed her. I had missed her.

The security told us to leave. I grabbed Courtney by waist and the bodyguards pulled us in a van.

" Are you coming to my flat? " I asked Courtney who was sitting by my side. She had her long hair tied into a pony tail. Her makeup was done perfectly as always. I had never seen without makeup. Even when she was spending the night at mine, she was refusing to remove it. Even if she is a mannequin, I think that she has a low self-esteem. She has no reason, she is gorgeous.

" I can't, I have a shoot tomorrow and it starts early. " She said with a sad face.

The van dropped me at my flat. I kissed Courtney and took my suitcases.

I opened the door of my flat. I had left for 3 months and everything was the same. Nothing had changed. It was good to be home. I headed to my bedroom. I removed my clothes and fell asleep rapidly even if I had slept in the plane.

Ariana's POV

I came back a home a few days ago. It was almost august and I hadn't seen my best friend the whole summer. We decided to do some shopping that day. I had missed her a lot.

My best friend, Kendra was picking me up. I heard her car pulling in the driveway. I ran outside and opened the passenger door. We were both screaming because we were so excited to see each other.

The whole ride Kendra talked about what she did, how she missed me.

" What about you? How was it with the beautiful Niall? " She asked so curious to find out about what happened. I had called her a few times from California, but i know her, she wanted all the details.

" Can we not talk about that. " I snapped. I wanted to go shopping to change my mind not to cry over myself.

" Why? What happened? "

" Nothing. It doesn't matter. " I spoke.

" Yeah it does! My best friend is upset and I want to know why. " She added.

" Let's just enjoy the day together! We will talk about it later. " I said.

" Okay! I think we have some money to spend! " We both laugh. It was great to laugh. She is the only person that can cheer me up.

Kendra pulled her car in the parking lot and we walked to the entrance.

" We should go back home. " We were there for 3 hours. My feet were hurting and I was getting hungry.

" One more place! We need to find you something. " Kendra exclaimed. She had 5 bags in her hands and I had none.

" One more. " I said.

She dragged me in the store.

" What about this dress? It is so pretty. You should try it."

" Yeah! I like it a lot. " I commented. That dress was stunning. It was a red dress. It was getting to the middle of my tights.

After trying it, I decided to buy it. It really did fit on me very well. I paid for it and we got back to her car. I invited Kendra to come to my house so we could hang out.

" I want to watch Safe Heaven. " It took an hour for Kendra to choose a film.

" No, not this one. " I said to her while grabbing the DVD from her hand and hiding it under my pillow. 

" Why not? " She replied with a pouty face. She tried to take it back.

" I don't feel like watching a love movie! " I shouted. It had been a tough week and watching a love movie would be like reopening the scars.

" Oh yeah, sorry. Would you like to talk about it? " I couldn't contain my tears. It was the millionth time that I was crying since I had met Niall.

I hate to talk about my feelings but I really needed to let them out because it was killing me inside. She is my best friend after all and I can trust her.

" I didn't think of him like that. I agree, he's a jerk. " I had told Kendra everything.

We spent the rest of the night talking. I am glad that she is my best friend. We are so alike.

" I'll miss you so much in college! " Kendra shouted.

I had completely forgotten about college. I was moving in August.

The college that I was going to was in London.
