SCHOOL"Today I want you working with the point guards," Coach Karan pointed towards the two boys.
"Uh," I eyed them both, "do I have to?"
"Do you have a problem with that?" He asked.
No I'm just in a confusing relationship with one of them and despise the other.
"Not at all," I shook my head.
"Alright, you can go get started," I nodded and walked over to the boys.
"I'm supposed to work with you two," I clapped my hands together to try and ease the awkwardness.
Cameron rolled his eyes and turned to his teammate. He made a quick chest pass to Jackson.
"Cameron," I interrupted, "you're aiming too much towards his head."
"Fucking hell..." He passed again.
"That's better," I praised him, "just try and step into it. Really step into it—"
"I'm stepping into it, woman!" He scowled.
I sighed. "Try and pass to me— oh!"
Cameron threw the ball at me and I reached out to catch it but Jackson jumped in front of me, catching the ball in his hands.
"Dude, don't hit her!" He growled at him.
"I was passing the ball!" Cameron face palmed.
"Dude," I laughed, "that's sweet and all but I don't need a human shield."
Cameron made a gaging sound. "Are you two done?"
"Yes." I nodded, "and that was much better."
