The Test Result That Changed Your Life

Imagine if you woke up feeling really ill. Theo was at work, he left early that morning and you never saw him but thankfully he was coming back later that night. You woke up with the sudden urge to throw up. You ran to the bathroom and threw up in the toilet. You couldn't figure out what it was. You went to have breakfast when you suddenly realised that it was either you had a hangover but you hadn't had any alcohol in your system for maybe 2 weeks so it wasn't a hangover. Or there was a chance you were pregnant.

You quickly got changed and drove to the pharmacist and bought some pregnancy tests and drove home quickly to use them. Once you got home you ran to the bathroom and used the stick after about 5 minutes, the timer on your phone went off and you looked at the test and it showed two pink lines which meant that the test was positive. You started shaking really hard and panicking as you thought how you would tell Theo, you were worried that he would react negatively and that he wouldn't want the baby. You started to cry as you didn't think you were ready to be a parent. Yes you wanted to have a family with Theo but not right at this moment you wanted to settle down first and also because Theo is now a well-known actor and his career is just beginning to take off, so he will be asked to do many movies and you were worried that your child might not know who its father is. You decided to tell Theo after he came home but you didn't know how to say it. You always thought that the Women had it hard as your mum told you how your father had reacted to her saying that she was pregnant with you. And you didn't want this baby to be an unwanted child. You sat on the couch for the rest of the day and tried to figure out how to tell the news to Theo.

A FEW HOURS LATER

You hear the keys in the door and what sounds to be Theo walking in. He takes his jacket off and comes towards the couch and sits down next to you and gives you a kiss on your cheek you started shaking violently as you thought how he would react to your news. Theo notices you shaking and turns to look at you,

"Hey babe what's wrong your shaking like hell?"

You looked into his eyes and started to cry you shook your head as if to say nothing was wrong but Theo had turned you around and sat facing you.

"Babe don't lie to me I know something is wrong"

"Theo... there is something I need to tell you... I don't know how you are going to react and I don't want you to break up with me because of what I've got to tell you"

You looked straight at him and he looked really worried,

"Y/N what is it I will still love you no matter what"

You avoided his eyes and started shaking again and a few tears escaped your eyes even though you were trying so hard to stop them coming but Theo caught them and wiped them away.

"Theo I'm... I'm pregnant"

You looked down and couldn't bear to look him in the eyes

"Y/N that's... that's amazing"

He put his hand on the bottom of your chin and tilted your head up so you had to look him in the eyes he was smiling

"Y/N I can't believe it. I would never break up with you or hate you for this. I have been wanting to start a family with you. I will always love you no matter what."

More tears run down your face Theo wipes them away and kisses where each tear stopped. He pulled you towards him and kissed you. You broke the kiss and said

"Theo I really don't think I'm ready to be a parent. I mean what if I don't do stuff right or I mess this up?"

"You won't mess this up and you are ready to be a parent you just need to be brave"

He kisses you again but pulls away quickly he gets up and pulls you up with him he walks into the bedroom and closes the door behind both of you. He walks over to you and kneels down in front of you and lifts up your T-Shirt he puts his big muscular hand on top of your tummy which soon will be growing with a small tiny life inside it.

"Hi Baby I can't wait to meet you be good for mummy in there!"

You giggle as he kisses your tummy right next to where his hand is. He stands up and kisses you and he lays you on your back and he kisses you again you pull away.

"Hey I'm already occupied in here!" You say gesturing to your tummy.

He looks up at you and laughs at you he kisses you one last time and you both fall asleep but before you drift off Theo says

"I love you Y/N and baby"

You just manage to reply before sleep tugs at you

"We love you too Theo"
