Chapter Nineteen

Jacob P.O.V.

"Excuse me" Someone says tapping me. I open my eyes and the doctor is standing infront of me.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"Miss Quin is finished with her surgery and you can go see her. She's fine physically she has amnesia though" The doctor tells me.

"So she wont remember us?" I ask.

"No i'm sorry, When we discharge her it'll help to take her to familiar places it'll bring her memory back. Shes in room 155"

I nod. "Thankyou"

"No problem"

"Baby wake up" I tell nadia shaking her.

"Yeah?" He asks wiping her mouth.

"Quin's ok, But she has amnesia and wont remember us."

"What?" Nadia asks with wattery eyes "she wont even remember Josiah?"

I shake my head. We gotta tell John.

Dj P.O.V.

RING RING RING

My loud ass phone goes off waking me up.

"Hello?" I say answering the phone.

"Quin is ok but she has amnesia " Jacob says.

"Oh shit, We on our way." I say hanging up.

"Baby get up" I say shaking Jayla.

"Whats wrong?" She asks.

"Quin good she has amnesia though we gotta go see her."

Bossman P.O.V.

"Quin is ok" paula says shaking me.

I open my eyes

"Then lets go see my baby" I say smiling.

"She has amnesia" Paula says causing my smile to drop.

My baby girl wont remember me?

Jacob P.O.V.

"Hey sis" I say walking into Quins hospital room.

"Sis?...Who are you?" She asks pressing the nurses button.

The nurse runs in "Is everything ok?" The nurse asks.

"No this boy walked into my room claiming to be my brother and I dont know him" Quin says to the nurse.

I forgot she has amnesia

The nurse looks at me.

"Everything is ok you have amnesia. This really is your brother" The nurse tells her.

Quin looks at me and her eyes water.

"Mommy" Josiah yells running in with bossman.

"Did he just say mommy?" Quin asks staring at Josiah like he's crazy.

She really doesnt remember us.

"Thats your son baby girl" Bossman tells Quin.

"I have a son? Who's his father? And did you just call me baby girl?" Quin asks confused.

"Yes you have a son, his father is in jail for something he didnt do his court date is in a few hours and I called you baby girl because I'm your Dad" Bossman says

"Im sorry this is too much" Quin says wiping her tears. "I really want to remember but-"

"Bestfriend" Dj yells cutting her off walking in.

"Who are you?" Quin asks.

"Oh yeah you have amnesia. Well in that case I'm your husband well future husband we were suppose to get married today but since yo-" Jayla slaps him on the back of his head.

"I'm just playing damn, i'm yo bestfriend you love cooking for me. You like making me any and every kind of food I want" He says smiling.

"Dj" Jayla says sternly

I laugh.

"Damn let a nigga have something." He says laughing.

"We gotta get to Johns hearing it starts in a few hours" Bossman says.

"Can she be discharged?" I ask the nurse.

"Yeah shes good to go" The nurse says smiling.

Bossmans. P.O.V.

"Who's court hearing we going to?" Quin asks.

"Your boyfriend and Josiahs dad John" I tell her as we walk into the court room taking our seats.

They call Johns case and he comes out.

"John" Quin says looking at him.

He looks at her and smiles.

"You remember him?" I ask.

"I love him of course I remember him" she says crying "But why is he here?"

"He's on a murder charge"

She breaks down

"So you remember John but not a real nigga like me?" Dj asks.

*Skips to verdict*

"Not gulity" The judge says causing me to sigh in relief.

John walks over to us and Quin jumps on him as they kiss.

"I thought she had amnesia" John says to me.

"She does but she somehow remembers you."

He smiles.
