Chapter Fifty

Quin P.O.V.

"Its your wedding day how do you feel?" Jayla asks fixing my dress as Nadia fixes my hair.

"Nervous" I say honestly.

"It'll be ok girl just foucus on you and Hezi. I know its gone be kind of hard after that bachelorette party I through" She tells me laughing.

"Dont even bring it up" I say laughing. We did some shit lastnight at my party.

Hezi P.O.V.

"How you feeling ?" Lance asks. He's my best man.

"Good man i'm just ready to make Quin Mrs.Carter" I tell him smiling.

"Wassup bruh?" Dj asks walking in with a to-go plate. John walks in behind him. I had planned on killing John but I thought about Josiah and voted against it.

"Here" Dj says handing me the to-go plate.

"Whats this?" I ask.

"Good luck ribs" He says causing bossman to laugh.

"Boy did you just say goodluck ribs?" bossman asks.

"Yeah ribs he can eat for goodluck" Dj says looking confused as to why bossman was laughing.

"Oh ok it makes so much more since now" Bossman says sarcastically "I'm gonna go check on Quin" He says still laughing.

"Me too" John says.

"No you wont" Bossman says walking out.

John takes a seat.

"Give me that towel" I tell Dj.

He hands me the towel. I put it over my suit so I can start eating the ribs. They smell good as hell.

"My nigga!" Dj says laughing.

"Bolo" Lance says looking at John.

Bolo is military term for Be On The Look Out.

I nod looking at John. I know him and Dj both strapped but I trust Dj with a weapon. John on the other hand nah.

Bossman P.O.V.

"My baby girl getting married I cant believe it" I say to Quin smiling.

"Me either" She says looking down.

"You ok baby girl?" I ask.

She smiles "Yeah im fine"

"Q man" Nadia says giving me a hug.

"Hey N baby"

"You ready to walk Quin down the isle?" She asks.

"As ready as i'll ever be" I tell her.

She smiles.

"Me and Nadia gone go make sure everything is ready" Jayla tells Quin

"Ok thanks" Quin says.

"im gone go back with the boys" I say kissing her forehead.

"Ok" She says kissing my cheek.

John P.O.V.

Quin getting married today? Ha nope. I know she wont be able to say I do. She knows that we belong together. I know I was crazy in the past but I promise i've changed and I want Quin back.

"John go check on the catering staff to make sure everything is set and ready to go" Bossman tells me.

"Why cant I check on the catering staff? Everybody knows food is my specialty" Dj says.

"iight then Dj go check on the catering staff. John go make sure everyone its seated" Bossman says.

I nod leaving but not to do what bossman said. I causally walk into the room Quin is in since I saw that Jayla and Nadia weren't in there. I dont see Quin.

"Quin?" I say in kind of a girl voice. Because I know she wont answer if she knows its me.

"In here" She says causing me to smile.

I follow the sound of her voice. I open a door to see Quin standing right infront of a mirror looking as beautiful as ever. This should be our wedding.

"John what are you doing?" She asks as I grab her waist putting my lips on hers.

"S-Stop" She says in between kisses. I dont listen.

We make out for a good lil minute before I stop to catch my breath.

"Why would you do that?" She asks licking her lips.

"Cause youre mine" I say shrugging my shoulders.

"No i'm n-" I cut her off with another kiss.

"Where's John?" I hear bossman ask someone.

Shit he'll beat my ass if he knows im alone with Quin on her wedding day.

"Shh" I tell Quin hiding.

"You seen John baby girl?" I hear Bossman ask Quin.

"Um no I haven't seen him all day" She lies.

My baby got me.

"Ok baby girl. Im gone go find him" Bossman tells her walking away.

I come from behind the door smiling.

"Please get out John" She tells me.

I laugh "Na i'm good id rather be here with you" I say smirking

She rolls her eyes as I step closer to her.

"Please stop trying to ruin my wedding John" she says shaking her head.

I laugh again "I'm not trying to ruin your wedding i'm just trying to make sure this wedding is really what you want" I say picking her up bride style.

"John mess up my dress and i'll kill you!" She says laughing.

"I love you" I say kissing her.

"I love you too" She says causing me to smile.

"I mean um I-" I cut her off.

"Too late you said what you said" I say putting her down.

She bites her bottom lip and furrs her eyebrows.

Hezikiah P.O.V.

"Has anyone seen John?" Bossman asks making me nervous he better not be no where near Quin.

"Lance go check on Quin to make sure John not fucking with her" I tell him.

He nods

"I already checked" Bossman says causing Lance to stop.

"Oh okay" I say sighing in relief.

"Maybe he just left" I say just as John walks in smirking. I glare at him.

Why is he even here? No one invited him.

*Speeding things up*

Quin P.O.V.

"Hezikiah Wilt thou have this Woman to thy wedded wife, to live together after God's ordinance in the holy estate of Matrimony? Wilt thou love her, comfort her, honour, and keep her in sickness and in health; and, forsaking all others, keep thee only unto her, so long as ye both shall live?" The preists asks Hezi.

"I do" Hezi says giving me butterfly's. Here we go.

"Quin Wilt thou have this Man to thy wedded husband, to live together after God's ordinance in the holy estate of Matrimony? Wilt thou love him, comfort him, honour, and keep him in sickness and in health; and, forsaking all others, keep thee only unto him, so long as ye both shall live?" The preists asks me.

"I-" I stop looking at John who's sitting in the front row. I look at Dj who's eating something he probably stole from the catering staff. Dj looks up at me and smiles nodding. Basically telling me to say I do.

"I- I"
