"How could you let them get away?" The large man bellows. "I...I don't know" the terrified man whispers quietly as he violently shakes underneath the shadow of the large man. The Grim Reaper sweeps his hand across the air allowing the back of it to come in to contact with the helpless mans cheek. The sheer power of the Grim Reaper sends the poor mans body sideways pushing him out of his way. "Ouch" the man shouts in pain. "What?" The Grim Reaper exclaims as he turns around to face the man once more this time lunging his heavy body towards him. The Grim reaper punches the man continuously as his body towers over his weak body. Blood splatters from his nose and face as his facial features begin to swell. The other men in the room watch helplessly as a fellow member of their army is beaten relentlessly, knowing that if they so much as move out position they too will be beaten until they take their last breath. The Grim Reaper continues to attack the man until all that remains is a lifeless body and a pool of fresh blood.
Turning once more to face the line of what he thought were his finest men, The Grim Reaper walks towards who now is the tallest and strongest in his small group of ranked officials. "You're my Lieutenant General now, any objections?" The Grim Reaper asks as he stares into the eyes of the man in front of him. "No, Sir" the newly appoint Lieutenant responds firmly not wanting to become victim to what he had just witnessed. "Don't disappointment me," The Grim Reaper sneers while looking over at what remains of his latest victim.
His dark figure walks out of the door; once fully out of sight everyone in the room lets out a relieved sigh. "Didn't think he was gunna stop at one" one of the men speaks up, his voice quivering slightly before he coughs to advert the attention from his obvious fear.
"At least it's over now" one of the new recruits breathes out showing his naivety and his lack of experience. A loud obnoxious laugh cuts it, "You really think that's the end of it?" One of the older soldiers bellows, "You haven't seen anything yet, kid"
Everyone starts to exit the room as several of the men have been requested to see The Grim Reaper in his office.
The door shuts with a bang as the last soldier enters The Grim Reapers office. The men line up quickly adjacent to a large wooden desk that sits in front of an even larger chair. Occupying the chair is the Grim Reaper who is sitting confidently making his dominating presence known.
"Lieutenant, are these the best you could come up with?" the Grim Reaper mocks. Before the Lieutenant can even reply The Grim Reaper answers his own questions "No, of course they're not but they will have to do" The Grim Reaper stands up from his chair pushing it back in the process before circling his desk so he Is stood facing the first man in the line. His gaze meets the Grim Reapers piercing soulless eyes; he flinches at his harsh gaze before adverting his eyes downwards. The Grim Reaper scoffs before moving on to the next man down, this one doesn't dare to look into his deathly eyes. "Pathetic" The Grim Reaper grumbles, he carries on down the line inspecting and intimidating his recruits.
"What is it you want us to do, sir?" The newly appointed Lieutenant speaks out. "Ah, yes I have a very important job for you all" He replies. He begins to explain what he wants from his men, once he is finished briefing the army about his plan he returns to his chair and sits down again.
"If that is everything we will get right to it, sir" The lieutenant says firmly.
"You can go now but for your sake I hope they don't let you down," The Grim Reaper says with great authority.
