A night to remember

Chapter 1 Thats her

I came up with this idea by my self so please dont copy ;-)

It was early Monday morning,the birds were tweeting and the wind was whistling. Leia was still in bed,her covers all over the place and her pillow was on the floor.Her alarm went off at 7:00am sharp she suddenly woke up looked at the clock and groaned.

Leia's mum Emma shouted "Come on lazy bones up you get",she had been up for hours marking paperwork.

"What do you want for breakfast honey"she said with a loud voice.

"Just toast will be fine mum ooh could I have jam aswell please" Leia said lazily

"Well you know where the kitchen is so you can come and get it yourself"

uurrgghh she's so anoyying Leia said in her head so nobody could hear her.

"Fine!" Leia shouted angrily.

She stomped downstairs,put her bread in the toaster,sat at the table and waited. 2 minutes later her toast popped,she then buttered it and spreaded the thick,gloopy jam all over the toast so there was no butter in sight.Once again she sat down at the kitchen table and scoffed down her piece of jammy toast.

She then walked out of the kitchen,up the steep stairs and into her small bedroom.

Leia then opened her wardrobe door got out her school clothes and got dressed as quick as she could because it was already half 7 and she still had loads to do.After she got on her grey pleated skirt and her plain white blouse (which she hates).

Leia decided she would curl her hair as the prom was coming soon and she wanted to get a good date.She put her hair in a pony tail then got a piece of hair out strand by strand then curled them.It took a while but she eventually finished the whole of her hair.Then she opened her makeup box pulled out her foundation and concealer and squeezed some on to a makeup sponge then smothered it across her face filling in all her pores.Now for the mascara she lathered it on,her top eyelashes first then her bottom lashes.Then finally for the all important lip gloss in the colour baby pink,Leia couldn't live without it.Once she had pouted a few times to get it on evenly, it was time for school. She grabbed her bag from her wardrobe, checked she had all her books, gave her mum a kiss on the cheek then walked out the door to be greeted by her two best friends Beth and Rebecca.

"Bye!" She shouted as her mum slammed the door.

"So how was your weekend"said Beth

"It was brilliant! My two cousins Katy and Niall came over from Ireland and we all went bowling it was really fun, so what did you two do?"she questioned.

"It was cleaning week for me" Rebecca said unhappily.

"I didn't do much just watched tv and texted really"said Beth with a bored kind of look on her face.

"What's wrong?"asked Leia

"Oh nothing" answered Beth "Its just...well...it's Freddie he hasn't replied to my text messages for weeks and I haven't seen him around at school for ages and and I'm getting worried about him. I mean we're meant to be in a relationship but what kind of boyfriend doesn't reply to his girlfriends messages?!"she exclaimed with a stressed tone of voice.

"It's fine"said Leia reassuring Beth that he was ok"I'm sure it's just that his phone has broken so that's why he's not replying to your texts"

"Maybe but that doesn't explain why I haven't seen him around school,what if she's got hurt or...he's found another girl and he can't face telling me or..."

"Stop fretting! He will be absoloutly fine I promise, and best friends never lie.We will work it out." Said Rebecca trying to shout over Beth's panicky voice.

They then all arrived at the school gates, they walked onto the school grounds where they saw some of their other friends so they gave a few quick hugs then dashed off too their lockers.

The first bell went which indicated that they had to head off to form so that's exactly what they did.

"Wait"shouted Rebecca because the others had already started walking down the long crowded corridor,she ran after them and finally caught them up. They then all reached the door to their form classroom where miss Parker was waiting for them along with the rest of the class.

"So you three finally decide to show up do you?"she said in a mean voice.

"But the bell has only just gone"the three friends said in sync.

"Anyway what does it matter now your here so we can carry on with the register."

She began to call out names

"Sam,Bertie,Kaye,Freya,Michelle" and so on until she got to the end of the register. "This morning is a free morning so you can do what you want so off you go!"

"Wahoo!" All the class shouted

All they talked about was prom the dresses,the makeup,the hair,the nails,the everything.
