I was training with Itachi, again, after school. I smiled, taking my stance as I felt out his. I sent out my butterflies and created a few clones, something we'd learned earlier that day. I felt out him doing the same and hiding them in such places that I couldn't sense out. Nice move. Itachi never misses a thing; Whether he knows the opponent or not, he's able to gather the right imformation to use as his advantage, an Uchiha trait. My real self disperced into butterflies and took a branch as my higher ground. I learned a lot from Itachi, just by feeling out and listening to his movments. "Three, two, one!" I whispered yelled, spining on my heals and I faught with one of Itachi's clones.
Itachi and I would never win or loose to each other, we'd always find each other in a dead lock and give up once we passed out. His clone dissapeared in a poof of smoke once I'd pinned him to the bark of the tree trunk. "Izari!" Itachi called, after making all of my butterfly clones disperce and melt back to me. This had to be important, other wise we'd still be training.
I stepped to fall from the branch and land silently on my feet. "What's wrong?" I asked, feeling out another heartbeat that felt farmilar but I still couldn't place my finger on who it was.
"It's Emi, right?" Itachi asked with a blank poker face.
I felt the Hyuugar nod, slowly. "I came here to give a word of advice to you, Imarne." I tilted my head and raised a brow at the stern, sierious girl. Emi had been kind of angry towards me, as soon as we did our introductions in class her heartbeat felt colder and slower. "Give it up."
I squinted my eyes in slight anger. "What?"
"You're blind and don't know enough of reality to make it in the shinobi world, you look beyond destiny and such a thing to do is useless when you want to be a ninja." Her head hung but I could feel her eyes pierce into my skin.
I glared through my blindness. "Just what are you trying to say?" I spat, raising my voice.
"I'm saying that someone like you won't become a shinobi that'll live very long and you won't gain sight; You were born blind and you cannot change that." I narrowed my eyes at her through my blindness and I was about to scream at her, before I felt Itachi walk over to me and wrap his pinky around mine.
"That's not true, Emi; Everyone creates their own destiny, whether you choose to believe that or not is your choice but it's true so if Izari's destiny is to get her sight then she will." His smile laced sweetly at his lips as he surpressed my anger for me.
Emi sighed and spun on her heals. "You'll figure it out once you fail the graduation exams, both of you." She muttered a hiss as she walked off.
I felt her heartbeat fade away and sighed, squeezing my pinky around Itachi's. "She really dosen't like me."
Itachi glanced down at me, sadly. "Don't worry, Izari, I'm pretty sure it's a problem of hers, there's nothing bad about you." I flet him grin at me, sweetly with slight heat at his cheeks.
I felt a major burn at my cheeks as my eyes grew at his complement. Nothing bad about me? "T-thanks." I smiled, tilting my head down from his sight.
He hummed in responce. "In fact, I'll make sure you get your sight back, when you master your Kekkei Genkai you can copy my Sharingan." He smiled a croocked smile as my head shot up and my eyes grew in happiness.
"R-really?" He nodded and I tackled him with a hug as I felt his cheeks burn. "Itachi!" I yelled as my tackle made him stumble, a bit.
I felt his expression look shocked but morph into that of a smile as he hugged me back. "Well, I did say that I tell you of every colour and what light was and everything."
I jumped back to smile at him and nod my head, violently. "That's so nice of you." I blushed, my eyes growing in happiness.
He chuckled and let his cheeks copy mine. "Heh, well, I like being nice. Anyway, lets get back to training." I nodded and ran at him, pinning him down. "That's not fair, I didn't say start."
I giggled at the complaining Uchiha. "You never said that I couldn't start."
I woke up around an hour after we passed out, again.I turned my head, feeling that Itachi had passed out right next to me. I poked his nose, gently to wake him up. "Itachi, get up, we need to go home." He murmered something that was the language of jibberish. "Itachi!" I flicked his nose, in a single hit with the back of my index finger.
"Nah!" I giggled at that noise and repeted my action to mack him repete the amusing noise. "I-Izari." He murmered.
"You make funny noises." I giggled, feeling him sit up and purse his lips at me. "Come on, our parents will go skitz." I spoke, standing with a sweet smile on my face as the Uchiha got to his feet.
"Yeah, you're probebly right." He mumbled. "I don't make funny noises." He pouted, slightly blushing, as he does a lot. I rolled my darkness filled orbs at him but kept my smile and took his hand to drag him as I ran, giggling at the shock at his system.
He started laughing with me as we chased each other through the village, making people stare at our speed and skill not to run into anything or anyone. "I wonder if you're ticklish?" Itachi's voice grew evil as he spoke those words that made my eyes grow.
"You have to catch me first!" I called, letting go of his hand and speeding ahead of him. He was just as fast as me so he was right on my tail, until he finally got me. "No!" I laughed, feeling me gow weak as he tickled my neck and started laughing at my weakness.
"Ha, Izari's getting slow and weak!" He teased, resting his wrists at my shoulders as the Imarne compound neard.
"No, I-I'm-m not!" I choaked on my laughter as I froze and dropped to my knees as he continued the halarious torture. I gabbed his wrists and ducked my head under as I spun around, having his arms crossover in front of him. "Now, look who's the weak one." I teased.
He squinted his eyes and grinned, sweetly. "We shall finish this tomorrow." He laughed, putting on an accent as that mocked the situation. I nodded and hugged him before skipping home.
I jumped the stairs and opened the door and to my surprise no one was home. I tapped my foot to feel out the place and found the braille pad on the counter. I walked over and ran my index finger over the surface feeling out the note my Mother had left me.
Izari, I'll be back as soon as I can; I'm going to see your Farther and get some medication sorted out. Don't worry I'm fine, I only need pain killers but there is food in the fridge and don't skip breakfast in the morning.
Love you.
Mother.
I missed my Farther. I didn't see him often since he was always at work, outside of the village. He worked in an orginisation called the Akatsuki and my Farther was the strongest member there. I got to see my Farther around three times a year and that's it but I knew he had his reasons.
I sighed and that turned into a yawn. I stumbled out of the kitchen and down the hall, to my room and fell on my bed with a plonk, slowly drifting off to sleep as I felt my lashes flutter down to hit my cheeks.
