Chapter 2 : Hangover"Earth to Sophie!" Eya retorted. "W-what?" I replied. Well, it's been 5 years since the day I've met him. My feelings for him grew bigger and stronger. And now, I don't know if he feels the same. I'm already a Grade 9 or 3rd year high school student or whatever you want to call it. And the crazy girl who keeps on talking is Eya Rachelle Canyeba, my bestfriend. "You're spacing out."- she paused -"Iniisip mo na naman siya noh?" She added. I was going to lie but..
"Sigh. I said. Yes, I love him already even though hindi pa kami gaanong magkakilala. I live with the myth of the old times that 'when your admiration for your crush extends for more than three months, then you're officially inlove'. Exaggerated you might say but it's my own kind of perception in life, do not bother to judge. And she sighed in defeat.

Two subjects had past when.. "Hoy! She said. Halos kada minuto gutom.
"Yung totoo Eya, saan mo iniimbak yang mga kinakain mo?" I told her with wonders and question marks in my thought. "Sa taba ko... duhh!" Sabay turo niya sa kaniyang mga taba. "You're so creepy." I said in disbelief.
"Bee, anong mas masarap, 'tong cheetos o piattos?"
The discussions went smooth, except the long quiz our math teacher gave us. "It's good so that you'll know the real answer and it'd be easier for you when we reach that topic." Saad niya. Seriously? We all complained. "Finish that before the be--" She was interrupted by the schools buzzer which means it's time for uwian. "Yayyy!" we all exclaimed. "That should be your homework. Class dismiss!" she said and went straight out through the door and so as we.
I walked myself home. My mind is still preoccupied by the memories we had 5 years ago. Well, it's not that many. Yet, this hangover kept on reminding and urging me that I should look for him. But how? I dont even know where the hell he was right now. However, I'm pretty sure that destiny will find a way to cross our paths again.
