Emma's POV

Aleeah and Louis had gotten back yesterday. All we knew was what Louis had told us. Her mother wasn't dead. Yet, Aleeah hadn't left her bed in hours. The only person she would only really talk to was Louis, and he wasn't telling us anything. We were all supper worried, so us girls took it into our own hands.

We arranged a super secretive meeting. A couple of hours after Aleeah's constant sniffles had ceased, we all crept upstairs to the living room. We sat on the couch. Sabrina got up abruptly.

"What are you doing?" Larissa asked.

"We need snacks!" Sabrina whisper-exclaimed. I pulled her back down.

"Not now. We need to talk about Aleeah." I hissed. Sabrina put her hands up in surrender.

"What do you think happened?" Alissa asked. I shrugged.

"Do you think.. Maybe... Okay, this is gonna sound bad, but do you think that she's sad she lived?" Sabrina asked cautiously.

"I don't think so." Larissa shook her head.

"Do you think she had, like, a secret boyfriend and he broke up with her?" Alissa asked.

"I don't know. I'm really worried about her, guys." I said, running my fingers through my hair, a thing a did when I was distressed. What could have happened that would have torn her up this much?

"I don't know, but I am exhausted. We have to go to a concert and rehearsals tomorrow, so we should all get some shut eye." Alissa said. I nodded. We weren't really gonna be able to think of anything, anyway. Not in our sleepy state. I stood up, straightening my grey hoodie out and walked downstairs. I jumped into my bunk.

I lay awake for a while, a million thoughts a minute racing through my head. Aleeah's family thing had made me feel bad about not calling my parents and brother more often. I decided I needed to do that in the morning.

Finally I fell into light slumber.

"Emma, Emma, wake up." a soft voice tried  to pull me up out of my peaceful  slumber. I smooshed my head in my pillow.

"I'm trying to sleep." I moaned. The voice chuckled lightly.

"We have to go. Come on." it said. I opened my eyes and saw Liam.

"Fine." I huffed. I quickly brushed my hair, teeth, and got changed.  I slipped on a pair of sunglasses. We were in Arizona, also known as one of the hottest states you'll ever go to. I went downstairs, to see that none of the other girls were down yet. Probably still asleep. I walked over to the circle the guys were standing in. I didn't feel like holding myself up anymore.

"Somebody catch me." I said as I let myself fall in my sleepy state. I felt an arm try to grab me, but it couldn't get a good enough hold. Next thing I knew, I was on the floor.

"Oww." I murmured. Oh, the floor is comfy. I decided not to get back up. I heard somebody else come down stairs. A body flopped down next to me. I didn't bother opening my eyes. I was too sleepy. I had gotten, hm, maybe thirty minutes of sleep. I felt more bodies lay next to me, but I didn't notice how many. I was half asleep.

My phone, which was in my back pocket, buzzed. I decided I should check it because it might have been Zaya, Tink, or my family. It was a Twitter update.

We ask them to get up and get ready. This is what we get...

Attached was a picture of the five of us on the ground. Larissa was holding Molly and Mary Jane. So cute! Just then, a reply popped up.
