Libby has a bunch of little sisters and a big brother that annoy her to death. (Am I right?) So whenever her and Cindy hang out it always at her house for some peace and quiet. Which explains why she always at Cindy's in every episode. And the reason why she can stay there so late is because they've know each other since forever so their moms are really close.
