Jessie has actually had Meowth since she was a little girl. Her dad was a part of the current areas Rocket and taught her everything. When she turned 15 she was hired form Team Rocket and was allowed to keep Meowth as their staring Pokémon. James was assigned to the team and Valhalla! TEAM ROCKET WAS CREATED! Looks like I'm blasting off aaagggiinnn!!!!!!
