Chapter 3: The Plane

No P.O.V.

   "There!" Skylar shouted, then pointed at the falling figure in the sky.

   The plane had smoke coming out from it. The people inside were shrieking and screaming as they were falling to their doom.

   "Violet, find out where its headed!" Skylar commanded, "Shinx, you're with me! Go!"

   Violet descended down towards the city while Skylar and Shinx both flew upwards towards the plane.

   "Wait... Skylar do you have a plan?" Shinx asked without stopping.

   "Nope! Guess we'll just have to wing it!" Skylar said with a grin then flapped her angel wings harder as she flew.

   "So... we're just going to charge and try to stop that humongous thing from crashing into... wherever?" Shinx asked.

   "Yup."

   "You confuse me a lot, you know that?"

   "I know, now less talk more save!" Skylar shouted as they got closer to the plane.

   Shinx gave her a nervous glance, but Skylar just gave him a determined smile.

   "We can do this! Besides, we've faced worse problems."

   Meanwhile, Violet was running along the sidewalk, following the plane. With her magic sense, she found out that the plane was headed towards a stadium. Even though it was night time, Violet had to hide her wings and use her human form because of the people that were awake.

   Once Violet got to the entrance of the stadium, a guard stood in front of her, blocking her path. He raised an eyebrow.

   "What?" Violet said shyly.

   "I need to see your ticket please." He said.

   "Ticket? For what?"

   "For the concert, obviously." He said rudely.

   Violet walked away from the entrance, then decided to contact Skylar.

   Skylar! I found out where the plane is headed! Violet told her through her mind.

   Where is it? Skylar asked.

   It's in a stadium... There's a concert taking place there... Violet thought.

   There was a short pause before Skylar responded back. Violet was hoping that Skylar wouldn't suggest for her to face her worst fear. Unfortunately, she was wrong.

   Violet, I need you to go in there and warn everyone. Get everyone out. Skylar commanded.

   What? But Sky, I can't! There's so many people in there! Violet gulped nervously. About more than ten thousand people!

   Please Vi! I know that you don't do well with crowds, but I need your help! We have to save all these people. I'm depending on you because I know you can do it! You're braver than you think. Please Violet! Skylar thought.

   She hesitated to answer. Skylar was counting on her. Shinx was counting on her. All those people needed their help. Violet had to do it, for the people. For her friends... and for herself.

   I'll do it. Violet thought.

   Thanks Vi, don't worry. It'll be fine. Sky thought to her.

   Violet ran around the stadium trying to find another entrance. Lucky for her there was a way in the back without any guards. For her convenience, it was unlocked. Violet slipped in, only to find herself in a long corridor with hundreds of different doors on each side of the wall. She frowned to herself.
