"No one looks stupid when they're having fun." -Amy Poehler

Quinn's hand beads up with sweat as I drag him across the street to my favorite store ever. His confused expression and his arched eyebrow tells me that he's curious. Right before the store is in view, Quinn trips over a crack on the sidewalk and face plants into a pole. I explode into hysterical laughter, accidentally spitting everywhere. He turns away from it, his face having a red mark leftover from the impact. His eyes water a little bit, after all, it is a metal pole, but before long he chuckles along with me, his black hair shining as the sun starts to set. The sky is now a color of purple/ pink and a light shade of orange, the sun a disco ball in the dancing sky starting to fill with stars. Not being able to wait any longer, I take his hand once again while still tittering about the pole incident. I scramble down the block and turn right, the store in sight. The sign reads Disney. Yes, my favorite store is a Disney store.
"No. Oh my gosh. You're such a little kid!" Quinn remarks as we near the entrance. "Nah don't worry though, I am too." He snorts.
"Sorry, I can't change it. I'm just a kid at heart and I always will be." I reply with a smug grin, and I practically pull the glass door off its hinges as I burst inside and jump onto the escalator.
I reach the top before Quinn even gets the chance to hop on the escalator. Being the immature girl I am, I run and hide behind an adorable Minnie Mouse plush animal, almost bigger than me. I resist laughter, and as Quinn passes me, I yank his leg and he plummets to the ground, laughing all the way. His eyes glow against the moonlight from the glass windows around us. We lie there for awhile, just laughing and smiling. People stare, but I've learned to just go on and ignore them. Eventually, after God knows how long, a tall man wearing a Mickey Mouse shirt informs us that the store will close in 5 minutes. HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN HERE?
I grab the giant Minnie Mouse, not even looking at the price tag, and pull it along to the check out counter. Before Quinn can argue against it, I'm already paying. $75, not too bad! Quinn opens his mouth, but I place my index finger over his lips, telling him to be quiet.
"It's worth it dude, plus, I'm totally a rich Barbie, right?" I joke to Quinn, as I carry the huge bag holding my new pet.
After 4 or 5 times of dropping it, Quinn finally takes it and carries it like Santa, his large bag sagging over his back."I can't believe you actually did that. To be honest, I thought you would only like makeup and clothes," I roll my eyes, annoyed at the stereotypes. "Now my turn to pick." He gives an evil, sarcastic smile, his sideways smile sailing along with his bright ocean eyes vividly surfing through his twilight hair.
"Really? Alright. Oh and seriously, stereotypes are like, never true, especially about me." I tell him as its his turn to pull me through the darkness. We cross the street and head towards M&M world. Oh my god.
"OH MY GOD I FREAKING LOVE THIS PLACE!" I scream and run inside, filling my arms with M&M handbags and random accessories. "Oh and by the way, we're going to see if you can get a job at Starbucks tomorrow, so you might actually be able to pay for stuff." I inform him, running around and examining pretty much everything in the store.
"Hey! It's my turn to pull you around, remember?" Quinn says, and he takes me along to a station, the sign reading Make your own personalized M&Ms! I have a mini heart attack.
"YES! This is something I've always wanted to do!" I grin a giant Cheshire Cat grin as I run forward. After a 20 minute line, we reach the front and enter our names.
