I haven't heard from Alex in 3 days, normally she would be texting me crazy but she was starting to worry me.
It was after school and I got the hospital group together and we agreed that we were going to visit Alex today.
We got a lift from my mom and we were dropped off at the hospital and we headed up to her room.
" now guy's, please don't touch her right leg please." Said the ever so nice nurse.
She opened the door and we I saw her laying in her bed with her phone in her hand. She put it down and gave us a look and turned onto her side.
" Hey Alex" said melody
Alex moaned,
" come on Alex don't be a whale" said thorn
She moaned again and put her pillow over her head.
Then Anna tripped over something and before she could fall she placed her hand where Alex's right leg was. Her face was shocked. Her hand was touching the mattress and nothing but he mattress. I gasped and I pointed, everyone gasped.
" I know that your looking at my right leg!" Said Alex
Anna quickly got up and stood up straight. Alex removed the pillow on her face and sat straight up.
" Alex please tell us what happened" asked melody
" I... have...... Bone...... Cancer" said Alex
Everyone gasped and went silent.
" one more thing that they can bully me by" said Alex
" can we see it please" said Sami
" sure " Alex said back
Alex lifted up the bed sheets and revealed her leg.
Cut off right below the knee, you could see the stitches that were their to seal it. Then Alex started to cry, then Melody started to cry, then I started to cry, then everyone started to cry.
" I had a 3% chance of living" said Alex
" like Camila has a 3% of not being a serial killer" said thorn.
We all bursted out laughing. I slapped Thorn in the back of the head. Anna fell on the floor laughing, Sami stated to cry more.
"Guys I'm going to miss the trip" said Alex
" I will drag you in a wheelchair if I had to" said Sami
Alex smiled
" I wish guys but I have to go through therapy." Alex added on
" wow, we just had a bipolar emotional rollercoaster." Said Anna while getting off the floor.
