I got a text from thorn about what happened with Helen, and that he's coming in today. I got transferred back to my old room.
Then I heard a nock on the door and I heard the door open and close. I saw Thorn come in and sit down next to me.
" hi" he said
" hello" I said back
" brought you something from the trip" he said
I pick it up, it was a black t-shirt with an owl with all of the houses on it. I hugged him.
" random question, has your dad come in to see you?" He asked
" no, he's off on a trip with his girlfriend."
" I'm sorry" he said
" it's ok, he does that a lot, he missed my band concert last year." I said
" wow, no affence but he's a jerk" he said
" non taken"
" he's been like that my whole life" I said
" really" he answered
" ya"
" Happy Birthday Alex" Thorn said
" Thanks " I said back
We looked at each other for a good 30 seconds then he leaned over to me and he kissed me.
I was in shock, I couldn't speak, I was shocked that anyone would every kiss me.
We gave each other a look and the we laughed and we held hands. Best Birthday every.
