When I got home, I instantly saw Tyler and Riley covered with a huge blanket, eating popcorn, and watching a scary movie. They both seemed like the movie was actually the most important thing in the world at the moment, so I decided not to bother them. I started walking up the stairs, ready to watch-
"Erin, don't think I can't see you." Said Riley. "You're not even gonna say hello?"
"Well you guys seemed really into the movie and I didn't want to bother you." I laughed.
"Okay when have you ever not interrupted us in the middle of a m-"
Tyler cut her off. "Wait, so is that guy the killer? I thought it was that girl that was with Mark in the beginning, or was it Mark? What happened to the guy that killed... that other guy? He only came out in one scene and they never showed him again. So is the killer a guy or girl? And how many killers are there?"
"There's one killer.""Who is it?"
"It's Rebecca. Or it might be Chris, maybe?"
"Maybe??""Yeah, because remember," Riley's head sharply turned when she heard my footsteps up the stairs. She made a 'come here' motion with her hand, all while keeping on topic. I had no choice but to walk towards her. "Chris was at the scene where that other guy died and nobody knew what happened and he looked all suspicious."
"What are you guys even watching?"
They both shrugged.Tyler looked away from the screen. "How was it?"
"s'cool." I responded, taking a handful of popcorn.
"And that's enough Dylan for today, right?" Riley looked at me with pleading eyes.
I laughed. "Actually..."
"Buzz cut is upstairs isn't he."
"Buzz cut!?" I heard Dylan shout from my room. "That was like one time, Riley!!""I'm sorry, how long did you have it? Oh that's right, like 15 years."
"I literally do not understand why you hate me so much," Dylan's footsteps started walking towards the stairs and I saw Riley's eyes widen in fear that he would see her eyes.
"Boy if you come down here I swear to god I will shove your own head into your ass!"
Dylan's footsteps stopped.
"That's what I thought."

It was now friday and I couldn't be any happier, and lucky for me next week was spring break. Spring break was always my favorite time of the year, aside from the summer because Dylan and I made it a tradition that all of us would go on a road trip to somewhere far from our homes. This year, we decided on San Diego. San Diego zoo has the pandas and if I finally get to see pandas I'll die happy.
My thoughts were interrupted when Tyler banged on my door telling me to get ready. It was Friday but I still had to go to school, unfortunately. I got up and got ready. I decided on a maroon and navy blue flannel, black crop top, ripped black skinny jeans, and my navy blue vans. I straightened my hair and put on a little mascara and lip gloss and I was ready to go.
Surprisingly Dylan wasn't here which was kind of unfortunate because that meant no pancakes or bacon. I grabbed a banana and texted him.
