Baby Sitting for the Moms

Since Hayley and Kailin didnt have children they offered to babysitt all the babies so that everyone else could go out and get away from the house for the first time in 6 months for Layla and 4 for Allison and 3 for Caroline. They were happy to get away since Layla's twins had started crawling she was even more tired because she had to chase the twins. Caroline had gotten a baby that doesn't sleep at night only during the day so Caroline rarely got any sleep. Allison was the same way for the first three months of Darcy's life but then she started sleeping all night so Allison wasn't too tired during the day. But Hayley and Kailin were always fully rested. So when they heard Allison and Layla were talking about how great it would be to get out of the house for just one night they offered to take all the girls for the night and Liam said that they could all stay at a hotel for the night. So they all made lists of things the girls had to do with each kid. Since Layla was so organized she had everything color labled. Mckenzie had everything pink and Maddy had everything purple. She even had the other girls pick colors so they didn't mix anything up. Darcy was all baby blue and Jaclyn was all yellow. So the girls shouldn't have had a problem with this. So it was 5 o'clock when the girls started getting ready to go out. And so they gave the girls the lists for each kid. And they made each babies list in their color. So they said they're goodbyes and left. So it was Hayley Kailin and all the babies. So since all the babies were asleep Hayley told Kailin "if this all they do then this is going to be easy". She shouldn't have said that because an hour later all four babies were awake and the twins were crawling around. Kailin was looking at the pink list which was Mckenzie's and she said "OK we have to feed Mckenzie then give both twins a bath" Hayley looked at her and said "that can't be too hard" Kailin smiled "well let's get to it" so Kailin fed Mckenzie as Hayley gave Maddy a bath and they left Darcy and Jaclyn in the living room in their pack and plays. So Hayley took off Maddy's pajamas and gave her a bath then she wrapped her in the pink towel that was on Mckenzie's rack in Layla's bathroom. As Kailin brought in Mckenzie to give her a bath. When she was done she wrapped her in the purple towel on Maddy's rack. So they took them to the living room to put their new pajamas on. Problem was they put purple pajamas on Mckenzie and pink ones on Maddy. So then they put the girls on the floor to play as they picked up Darcy and Jaclyn who were both the same size. They both had the same color hair and look almost the same except for their eyes Darcy's were green and Jaclyn's were blue. They had to bathe them too. So they did this at the same time not paying attention to which baby was which. So when they were done they put a yellow suit on Darcy and a blue suit on Jaclyn. When they went back into the living room both twins were gone. They had forgotten that they could crawl. Then they heard yelling coming from the kitchen so they went out their and found Maddy who was in Mckenzie's suit. So Kailin yelled to Hayley "I found Mckenzie. So Hayley listened for Mckenzie who had on Maddy's suit. She found her in Kailin's room the only reason she found her was because Kailin's door was open and it's never open so she yelled to Kailin "I found Maddy" when she looked down she realized that Mckenzie was playing behind Kailin's TV and she had unplugged everything. So she carried her back to the living room. And she told Kailin "um you might need a new TV Maddy was playing with it" "damn it" Kailin replied "I just got that one" Hayley laughed at her. "OK let's check our lists" the twins had fallen asleep in their pack and plays. "It says we have to feed Darcy at 10 ". Kailin picked up Jaclyn who was in Darcy's pajamas and tried to feed her "she must not be hungry I'll give it to Jaclyn" she picked up Darcy and fed her. Then all the babies were sleeping. And the girls went to sleep the rest of their night was smooth they only had to get up three times to feed the girls.

So in the morning at around 10 o'clock everyone else returned home. When they got there Kailin, Hayley and the twins were watching a movie while the other two slept. So Liam went over and picked up Mckenzie who had on Maddy's pajamas and Layla picked up Maddy who had on Mckenzie's pajamas. Layla held her for a few seconds then she looked at the baby in her boyfriends arms and said "um you have Kenzie and I have Maddy" Liam looked at her confused and said "no Kenzie wears pink and Maddy wears purple" Layla shook her head and said " I think the girls put the twins in the opposite colors" "how do you know" Liam asked smiling Layla laughed they had gotten the girls ears pierced when they turned four months old " because Maddy had in purple earrings and Mckenzie had in pink ones and look at her ears" Liam laughed "oh I see well let's change them back" so they changed the girls back so they had on the right colors. Layla turned to Kailin and said "you gave them a bath at the same time didn't you" Kailin laughed "ya we kinda did" "that's why their earrings were the opposite colors I couldn't figure that out" Hayley added everyone laughed which woke up the other babies. Allison went over and pick up Jaclyn thinking she was Darcy. Harry leaned over Allison and said "that's not Darcy" Kailin added "ya it is she's is the one in blue" Harry looked at her with a annoyed look on his face "um my kid has my eye color" Caroline went over and picked up Darcy who was dressed in yellow and said " ya Darcy is right here Jaclyn had the blue eyes" so Allison and Caroline switched the clothes as Layla laughed at how the girls mixed up all the babies. "What did you guys do when you gave them baths" Layla laughed "we wrapped them all in towels as we bathed the other one and then we dressed them" Hayley replied. Layla laughed "when you have the twins you bathe them separately and dress them right after they come out of the tub OK" "OK" both girls replied and everyone laughed at how "great" the girls were at baby sitting.
