You act like you've always been there.
You make it seem like you've always loved us.
I know the truth behind those cold dark eyes, that your smiles never seem to travel to.
The truth that is hidden so well from others.
How do you seem to do it, without any regrets?
You've never cared.
You've never loved us.
So why?
Why pretend that you've always been in our lives?
Like you've never left?
Why?
You seem to think we are property.
Property that you can borrow when you'd like.
You've never been a father.
You're a fake.
A guy who happens to be dragged into our lives.
We're not living in peace that our mother always wanted for us.
You have to come and ruin our peace.
You had to make me shed the tears that didn't want to be shed.
You ruined the little bit of happiness I had left.
You've never cared about us.
So why the act?
Our mother cares.
You don't.
Why act like you do?
It doesn't make sense.
We have the love from our home, yet you don't like to see us happy.
You don't like that she moved on.
You don't like that without you, we are happy.
Just stop.
Stop acting like the inconsiderate jerk you are.
Don't be a fake father.
