Alexis POV
It's been a while since I found Amelia and Sam chewing each other's faces off on the couch, I decide its probably safe to come out of the bedroom. At least Sam better be gone, if he isn't.. Well let's just say he's about to get his face ripped off by me. I walk out of the bedroom and slowly down the hall, by the sounds of it no one is home. I'm not sure where Luke went, Amelia probably either went to find Sam or is down at the pool. Who knows, she stole my ex, maybe she's stealing Luke as well and they are currently down at the pool making out. I know Luke is more loyal then that though and i trust Luke with my life. That may have been a harsh thing to think of my sister, but it's true. I walk into the kitchen and find a note on the counter.
"Hey babe, went to grab some groceries, we were running out! Love you and rest well, take it easy! Hunter will be safely home soon (: xx -Luke"
I smile at the small note and decide to keep it for whenever I need a reminder that he loves me enough to write me a small note on where he went, it's the little things he does that makes me have butterflies. I look through the cabinets and the refrigerator and Luke was right, we have no food. I grab a water bottle instead and go into the living room to take a seat on the couch. I look around for the remote and of course it's on the opposite side of the couch, I reach for it with a groan and when I finally reach it I grab it quickly and then fall back into a comfy position. I'm too lazy for this kinda thing. I flip on the tv and the news is on, I decide to keep it on just incase for some odd reason something about Hunter would be said. Doubtful, but you never know. As I'm beginning to watch it hits me that there is always bad news on the news, there is never any good news. Maybe a story about kittens would be nice, but no. They are all sad or bad things going on in the world, it makes me anxious so I shut off the tv and pick up my phone, I scroll through Twitter mentions and I read / favorite peoples tweets. They all are telling me to broadcast. ... The last time I went live on YouNow was the day I kissed Luke, while I was still with Sam. God that seems like forever ago. A few other people are telling me I should make a YouTube channel, I sorta think that would be fun, but if you think about it. I'm a 22 year old girl, with no life. Except I'm dating Luke. I doubt any one wants to watch, but then again who knows. I decide to send a tweet out.
"I know I used to make a few YouTube videos a while back, on and off, but I was wondering"
"If you guys wanted to see a YouTube video? I'm home alone!"
I attach a poll to it and wait for responses.
After a few minutes I check my Twitter again and there are hundreds on "yes" so I take that as a yes.
"Alright, so I'll be filming a Q&A.. So send me some questions!" I tweet out and watch my mentions flare up. Geesh either people are always on Twitter or they all have my notifications on.. Hopefully they aren't just always sitting on Twitter, waiting for me to tweet.. That would be a little bit odd. I walk over to Luke's pile of stuff and I find his camera and his tripod. I set it up in front of my bed and find the old studio lights that I had from when he lived here, I set them up as well and then sit in front of the camera
"Okay.. How do I start this.." I sigh and look in the camera blankly trying to think of a way to successfully start the video.
"Alright, so I have not posted in what... 4 years? On this channel. But I'm home alone, Luke went to the store, my sister who is currently visiting, is I'm not sure where, so I asked you guys if you wanted a Q&A, and you did. So let's get right into it so you guys can know me better!" I say and then debate if that was a good intro or not. I decide to stick with it and move on, I will probably regret my life decisions when I edit this. I grab my phone and go on Twitter and scroll through some questions.
"Alexis please @ barbiegirl068 asks 'what is one thing you wish you were talented at' .. Hmm.. I really wish i could play an instrument, like the piano or the guitar, I think that would be really really cool. Or even if I could sing, I'm not talented at all" I laugh and look back at my phone.
"Emerson @ djemersonson asks, 'if you could travel to one place right now, where would it be?' Probably back home to my home town, I haven't been there in a really long time and I miss it"
"there's a fly like sitting on the lens of the camera" I say watching the fly walk around on the camera, I start laughing imagining Luke walking in and finding me filming, a smile would show brightly on his face. I stand up and swat the fly off of the camera and then sit back down.
"Okay, thanks a lot fly for that little interruption." I say and roll my eyes looking back at my phone.
"Baylee @ bayleebaleriena asks 'are you and Luke back together?' Yes! We are and were very happy together." I smile and feel a blush coming on so I hide my face in a pillow. After a few seconds I look back to my phone again and scroll through questions until I find a relevant one.
" Bryn @ brynnybooboo asks 'where do you see yourself in 5 years?' errrr, I hate this question because like everyone says, I'm not sure what I'm eating for dinner tonight, let alone 5 years. I HOPE I'm still with Luke and I have a family with him and I'm married to him, living in a beautiful house. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see, we just got back together" I laugh.
"Okay last question is from kyra @ multiplepurposejb asks 'will you be posting videos more often?' My answer to that, is maybe. If I start feeling like it, then I will because I like to connect with you guys, I don't consider you guys my fans, because I'm not famous. I'm dating Luke and you guys like Luke, and I like Luke, we have that in common and I like to think that he's all of ours, I don't have him for myself, we're all part of this same thing for loving the human being Luke is. So I like to interact with you guys, it's great seeing people who love the same man i do." I smile at my little motivation talk, I'm proud of myself.
"Okay so I don't know if that made any sense or if that was any help, but yes I want to make more YouTube videos. Alright so I guess if you guys enjoyed this video, you know what to do, and I will see you all .. Next time! Bye bye!" I end the video and put his camera back where I found it, as well as the lights.
"Alexis, I'm home." I hear Luke call for me from the front entrance, wow talk about great timing. I walk into the front room to see a Luke korns holding a big box of chocolates with the biggest grin on his face.
"Lucas Thomas korns.. What is this?" I ask getting a big grin across my face as well.
"This is an I love you present, and you need to relax present, baby. I saw it and thought of you. But you need to share a few with me" he says with a wink and then hands me it, I look at it in awe, he's so amazing and thoughtful, he knew what kind of day I was having and he went to this, just to see me smile,I look at him smiling and he pulls me into his chest.
"I love your smile" he tells me kissing my cheek.
"and I love you" I tell him and I feel his arms hold me tighter.
"I love you more" he chuckles.
"Oh no, not this. You always know I win." I tell him and he shakes his head, I nod my head laying my head on his shoulder.
"I love you mostest" I tell him and then I pull away and look at the box of chocolates, we sit down on the couch and tear the thing open.
"This is so aesthetically pleasing" he says taking a photo of it with his phone.
"It is beautiful" I say taking a photo as well, I tweet it.
"So, I have your post notifications on, on Twitter." He tells me and I nod as I shove chocolate into my mouth.
"You filmed a video?" He smirks at me and i almost choke on my chocolate.
"damnit.." I mumble and he bursts into laughter.
"Can I edit it for you?" He asks me and I roll my eyes but nod in agreement.
"Yay!!" He shouts shoving chocolate in his mouth.
"Gotta get the editing from the master!" He tells me and I slap him on the arm playfully, he fake cries and I roll my eyes and shove a piece of chocolate into his mouth to make him stop.
