I pulled into the drive way and saw Jessica. She had ordered our stuff already and looked nervous. I walked in and she snapped her head to me.

"Are you okay? Is Zach okay?" She asked.

"Yes. Everyone and everything is okay."

I hope.

"Let's get this done and over with," I mumbled. "I'm gay."

The words came out raspy and choked. Jessica looked blank for a moment and then started to laugh.

"Oh," breath. "My," breath. "Gosh. You think I didn't know?"

"W-what?"

"Vinny. Ever since you met Jacob, you have been acting different. I don't care. You are still you. Wait, did Zach hurt you? You told him right?"

"Yeah. I did. We actually, uh," I paused. "Did it," I say fast so she can't understand.

"What was that?"

"We did it," I whispered.

"What?"

"We. Did. It."

"Oh," she paused. "Oh," she said a little more enthusiastically. "Oh," she screamed and smiled.

"Yeah."

"How was it? Were you top?"

"I was top," I told her.

"Like inside him," she said and I burned with embarrassment.

"Yeah. I was."

"You are so open. I like it," she said and I blush.

"Thanks," I said.

"No prob. Now, I have lunch with some old friends. I would invite you, but they have important news. I'll see you later."

She walked out and I stayed in my seat. Now that I have told her, how will I choose between Jacob and Zach?

God, my life.

That's it. That's what I forgot to tell her.

"Go with your heart, son. You'll know," an older lady smiled at me.

I nodded and walked out of the store. I need to clear my head. I'll text Zach later. I need space right now.

I get in my car and drive away to my favorite place.

The lake.
