"Nico!" My sister Bianca screams up the stairs.

My parents saw my nose last night and are making me walk with her to school so they know I get there safe. I run down the stairs and pull on my shoes before jogging to catch her up.

~~~ Lil mini time skip darling~~~

We are nearing school and I see Percy and Jason waving at me.

"You can leave me here, my friends are there," I say pointing towards them.

"Nope," she says grabbing my wrist and dragging me towards them, " mum said I had to take you to the gate."

I allow her to drag me over to them not paying attention until she stops and I bang into the back of her.

"I'm here to deliver my dear little baby brother," she announces laughing before bowing and hugging me" Bye, Nico see you later"

"Bye Bianca, love you."

She runs off waving and smiling.

I scream.

I run forward.

The crunch of bones against metal fills the air.

I'm trying to pull her body from underneath the truck when the ambulance arrives, paramedics running forwards pushing me out the way.

A pair of strong arms hold me as I cry.

She is declared dead at the scene
