Sang POV

"We are out of food." Luke yells from the kitchen.

Nathan groans from the couch.

I sit up from my comfy spot on the floor and look at him. "What's wrong Honey?"

"I hate grocery shopping. Especially with Luke."

I giggle as Luke walks into the living room with the shopping bags ready to go.

"Gabriel and Victor are meeting us there, let's go."

Nathan and I get up and put our shoes on and go out to the car. Luke holds the car door open for me so I slide in the front. "What are we buying?"

"Everything. There was absolutely nothing to eat in the house." Luke says from the backseat of Kota's car.

"Bull, I cooked Sang and I breakfast this morning. There was plenty of stuff left in the fridge and pantry."

"Not any of the good stuff. Chips, cookies, and chocolate."

"Please tell me we are not going to the store just for junk food Luke?"

"No of course not, Sang is out of coffee too."

At that we all laugh. Nathan turns into the parking lot as we finally start to calm down. I see Gabriel and Victor getting out of their car as we pull in to the parking spot. Everyone gets out and after giving them hugs we head inside the store. I go over to the side to grab a cart.

"Trouble don't touch that."

I jump back from the cart like it is a snake and look at him.

Gabriel grabs a towel out of a container by the carts, "Do you know how many germs are on cart handles? What am I saying, of course you don't. You have to wipe it down first."

He then wipes down every part of the cart I could possibly touch. Once finished we head into the store.

Going aisle by aisle we grab groceries for Nathan's house. We get to the pasta aisle and Luke starts to look excited. "Oh we need to find the silver cans of ravioli that North buys, they are the best."

I look at him weird and ask Victor, "Aren't the cans red?"

Victor leans in close and whispers to me. "Yes Princess they are. North takes the labels off so Luke doesn't know what is in them."

"Ewww look Cupcake this one has a full serving of vegetables in it. That must be disgusting. I will have to call North to pick some up." Luke starts walking down the aisle again while dialing North.

I start to giggle at Norths elaborate prank. "How long has this been going on?"

Victor laughs and says "Since North got here. Uncle bought some for them and Luke refused to eat it, so North took the label off the next time and Luke fell in love. Uncle allows it because it actually gets Luke to eat some vegetables."

I am still laughing a few aisles later. After grabbing the last few things we head to the check out.

Luke and Nathan unload the cart onto the conveyer and then look at the groceries quizzically.

"$230" Luke says.

"$300" Nathan pipes in next.

Victor says next, "$255"

"What are you guys doing?" I ask them.

"Kota and his mom alway do a game when checking out at the grocery store. They guess what they think the price of the groceries will come to. We all started to do it too after doing it with them so much. $275." Gabriel tells me.

"Oh ok, well then I guess $260. What do we win?"

"Satisfaction of being right" Nathan tells me.

The cashier finishes ringing up the groceries and tells us the total is $261.19.

"Trouble beats us at our own game." Gabriel shakes his head.

"Beginners luck." Nathan says.

I just giggle and load the bags into the cart. After packing all the groceries into the trunk we load up for home.

When we get back Kota and Silas are already there and help us unload the groceries. With all of us working it took only five minutes to unload and put everything away. "What shall I make for dinner?"

"Taco Soup." Everyone says at once.

I giggle at the response. "Pookie, what have I said about giggling?"

"Sean." I run over and jump on him. "It has been too long, I have missed you."

"Five days Pookie, five long days. I missed you too." Sean squeezed me tight and kisses me.

"Did you not miss me Miss Sorenson?" Owen says from behind Sean.

"Of course I missed you Owen." I say as I let go of Sean and launch myself at Owen.

They had to go out of town for a job. We got quite a few favors but five days without them was torture.

I let go of Owen and happily start dinner.

I just get the soup on the stove when North walks in the back door. He puts his finger to his lips so I don't say anything and sets a bag on the counter. He hugs me and then starts to pull red cans from the bag. He peels the label off of each can and then puts it back in the bag. After disposing of the labels he goes back out the door. About a minute later I hear the front door open and North say hi to everyone.

"Are those what I think they are?" Luke asks excitedly.

"Yes Luke. Silver can Ravioli."

"Yay, we looked at the store earlier and they didn't have these, only ones with vegetables in them. Gross. Look Sang, these are the ravioli I was telling you about."

I look over at North and her winks at me.

I just sigh. My boys, gotta love them.
