Emilee's P.O.V

No.

No. This can't be happening. This can't be real. Not now. Oh please, not ever.

I blinked once. He still was there. I blinked twice. He still didn't move. I blinked three times.. This is a nightmare.

"Emilee?" His all so familar voice sent chills down my spine and my grip on Josh's hand tightend.

My heart was about to burst, and in that moment I didn't know what I was feeling. I didn't know whether or not I wanted to run, or scream, or cry. I couldn't decide.

Why? Why here? Why now? Why me?

I swallowed the painful lump in my throat, and spoke, "Louis?"

His eyes were lit up in pure surprise, ans his mouth was plopped open. His body seemed ridgid and frozen, as he stared at me. I could imagine myself in the same position.

Two years had deffinitely changed him. His brown hair that was once swept to the side, was now cut and was held up into a small fohawk, and he had grown stubble on his chin and above his lips.

But there was something else that changed about, Louis Tomlinson. Something I'm quite sure only I saw.

His eyes, no longer held the child like innocence it once illuminated, and his ever present smile, that I could have sworn made my heart stop for a moment, when it was directed at me, was gone too. His glow, his shine, and his happy aura was gone. Like it was torn away from him, and for that my stomach dropped.

This wasn't Louis Tomlinson.

And I was terrified to meet the Louis that took his place.

I was so deep in thought, worry and a bit of shock that I had failed to notice Josh's stare, that was now penetrating a hole through my skull.

"Emilee?" Josh said. I frowned a little when I noticed that Josh's voice didn't have that effect, Louis' did on me. It made my heart flutter, but it couldn't possibly compare to the unexplainable thrill Louis' gave me. It was like my whole body responded to his voice, and somehow a sense of warmth runs through it. I found myself wanting more.

"Josh." I heard myself say. Then suddenly guilt is thrown at me like ton of bricks, pulling me out off my thoughts, and resurfacing me to the horrible reality that is taking place now. I had suddenly remembered Josh. My boyfriend. The man I love.

Why does that feel so wrong?

"Josh," I said taking a deep breath, bracing myself, "This is Louis. Louis, this is Josh, my boyfriend." I said, swallowing the lump in my throat, as Josh, polietly stuck his hand out to Louis. No doubt he was confused, but it just wasn't him to be so rude.

Louis looked at me, sending another rush of warmth through my body, as something swam in his light blue eyes.

Then he looked back at Josh, then slowly took his hand, and shook it.

"Nice to meet you." Louis said, his voice light. Suddenly, a brunnet walked out of the shop, confusion clear on her beautiful face. I held back a gasp.

Eleanor.

Her eyes first found Louis, and then followed his stare and landed on Josh and I. Her eyes widened in surprise, and her lips shape in a perfect 'o'.

Silence engulfed us all, as Josh and Louis, awkwardly stare at each other abd Eleanor stares at me.

Unable to stand the unbearable tension, I spoke.

"Eleanor, it's so nice to see you again." I said, and Eleanor blinked several times before putting on a small smile.

"Em.. It's been awhile. How are you?" She questioned, politely though I could I see her discomfort.
