The army of Talons step aside, letting Fukurō pass. Jason's blood boiled. She tried to kill Tim months ago. Yet, her voice is so familiar.
She took her owl mask off, revealing her true identity to all of the bats.
They gasped.
As much as it breaks her heart, she took the risk. She knew they would resent her after what she had done. It was all sacrifice. To her opinion. They just did not know the half of it.
