Jason showed Jane around the manor on her first day (after she gotten her revenge on Dick. She duct-taped his ankles to the chair legs during breakfast without being noticed). He also taught her the basics of his tricks. She learned quickly. After that Jason took her out to the Amusement mile.
Jane stared in awe at the colorful sights. She never saw anything so alive in her 6 months of her life. Jason chuckled at her expression. They ate cotton candy, try out some rides, and played games. This is so much fun.
They passed by a dart game stall.
"Come here, come here! Win prizes!". Shouted the man in attempt to attract the park-goers.
A red hood plushie caught Jane's eye. "Can we play that one? Please?". She said doing the 'puppy eyes' look with her green orbs. 'Adorable'. Jason thought. Who can refuse that?
"Ummmm...".
"Please?". Jane said. Her eyes grew wider and her bottom lip forming a pout.
"Fine". Said Jason giving in to her pouty face.
"Yay!". She cheered. Jason laughed because of her cuteness.
They walked towards the dart game stall. Jason payed the man to play the game.
"Okay, sir. Hit those three targets over there and you'll win any prize you want". The man explained. He gave Jason three darts.
"Can I hit the targets, Jason?". Requested Jane. Jason knew his mini-hood had skills and maybe this is the right time to test the limits.
"Sure thing, Janeybird". Jason said as he handed her the darts. Jane smiled. Her focus was moved to the three targets.
"I'm not sure this is a good idea, sir...". Jane didn't give attention to what the man was saying to her brother. With one dart on the right hand, she aimed, and throw. She also repeated it on the remaining two darts. All three hit the bullseye.
"After all, she's only a ten year...". The man trailed off. He saw all the three targets are hit. He gaped at Jane. "Which prize do you like, girlie?". He asked her nervously. She pointed at the red hood plushie. The man handed it over. "Next time, don't underestimate a 10 year old girl". Jason smirked. He picked up Jane, carrying a red hood plushie, piggyback style. They went to their next ride. The man gaped at them like a fish as they walked away.
"Best brother ever". Jane thought.

When they got home, it was late. Jane was tired. She changed into pajamas and head straight to bed. She heard a tapping sound on her window. Curious, she opened it. She looked around. There's nothing here to see. On the window seal, a knife appeared with a note attached to it. She recognized what type of blade it is. A Kris blade.
She picked the Kris knife and read the note.
Use it on your future crusade, little one.
-Talia Al GhulJane admired the blade in her hands. She closed the window.
From below, in the shadows, Talia smiled.
