A/N: Here, have some Zenyuki fluff. I haven't written for them before, so please feel free to tell me how I did. :)

"Ever since the day, ever since the day." She sang as she twirled around the empty room. She had finished her work for the day, and was just now humming around one of the many libraries the castle had. She liked this one in particular, it was almost always empty.

"Now that I have you standing here..." She sang again as she flitted in and out, weaving her way through the bookcases to the window seat in the corner. She had a book of course, a book of new medicines she had yet to learn about. She always loved those books.

"I've always loved you..." Her voice carried in the empty library, echoing softly off the comforting walls. She'd really come here to get away from thoughts about Zen. He was almost all she thought about in her free time now, and she couldn't understand exactly why. Yes, she loved him, yes, she wanted him to hold her, yes, she wanted him to even kiss her, but she had work, and it needed to be done. This was her path, and she had to walk it alone.

"Shirayuki?" She heard a voice coming from the opposite side of the maze of bookshelves. She immediately recognized it at Zen, but she smiled, thinking of him trying to navigate the bookshelves.

"Over here." She called softly, but of course her voice echoed, and he became confused.

"Where? It's a bit... echoey." He called, his voice sounding endearingly confused. She giggled.

"Back wall, left corner." And after hearing him bump into different bookcases for a while, she could stand it no longer. Carefully setting down her book, she set out to find him.

Sadly, she literally bumped into him.

"Hello." He greeted, eyes lighting up seeing it was her. She smiled.

"How was your day?" She asked gently, looking up at him.

"Stressful." He replied, voice turning a bit sour.

"Need to relax a little?" Her voice was softly wavering, his head was getting closer. Slowly, steadily.

"I always do with you." He responded before his lips met hers in a soft, chaste kiss. It still felt like fireworks to her though. She giggled as he let go.

"Then you need to visit me more often." She replied, leaning into him.

"Isn't at least once a day enough?" He asked jovially.

"Apparently not for your health." She joked, looking back up to him.

"Got it." And he kissed her again, in the quiet library on a quiet afternoon.
