Chapter 4

~Lea~

It's my last class of the day, English 2. I walk in and i'm introduced to the class for the 6th time today, most have already seen me so they just shrug it off, but a few smile and wave at me, or look at me with jealousy.

Yes I have acknowledged that I am not exactly the ugliest girl in the school, quite the contrary I have been told by several people how attractive I am today. I look a lot like my sister, except I have red hair and green eyes.

"Hello class, this is our new student, Lea Riley." One girl looks at me with both surprise and curiousness, a little blush appearing on her face as she looks down at her desk when she see's that she has been caught staring. Since its the only empty seat I sit next the her.

"Hello, my name is Lea, what is your name?" I ask trying to start up a conversation with the cute girl beside me.

"M...my name is Skyler, I...its nice to meet you to." She says before shaking her head as if to clear it. "Is... is Fiona your sister by any chance?" The smile on my face disappears, it seems like my sister has been well acquainted with her aswell, and for her to be this nervous about it, it doesn't look good for my part.

"Yes she is, but I don't like to admit it, we are nothing alike except for our looks and preferences." She looks down blushing more. I guess she knows my sister is a into girls than, also not looking good for me. "Anyway, would you like to hang out after class, I would like to have made at least one friend today, you seem like a nice girl."

She nods still blushing. "Yes, of course, i'll meet you outside." She says before looking down at her book, hastily doing her classwork.

~Skyler~

Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god! Not one but 2 beautiful girls, and they are sisters. What am I going to do, it seems this one just wants to be friends so maybe it will be ok. I don't even know what to do about fiona, now Lea.

I try to look distracted by my work but I know I look like i'm freaking out. I told her I would meet with her after school, I can't ruin my chance to he her friend if that's all she wants... Skyler, you need to calm down, breath in and out, in and out. If you pass out you everybody will make fun of you again, and lea will think you're weird and won't want to talk to you... I stat listening to my brain and slow my breathing, calming myself down.

I turn to look at lea again and she is staring at me, with a worried look on her face. I go back to looking at my work. English, my best subject, I need to concentrate. About 10 minutes the bell rings, literally jumping out of my seat I run out the room as fast as I can. Jasmine is waiting at my locker with a smile on her face, but I quickly disappears when she see's the state i'm in.

"Skyler, calm down, what's wrong?" She asks calmly.

"Nothing, it's just that Fiona has a sister, and she wants to be my friend, what if she is the same as Fiona, I can handle 2 Fiona's, my heart would explode." She looks like she might laugh. "Hey that's not funny, i'm serious." I say with a little bit of a pout, but surprisingly i'm not freaking out anymore.

"It is funny, you have a class with both sisters. Don't worry, Lea is nothing like Fiona, I have a couple classes with her, she is like the coolest, most sweet person you could meet. Fiona is all sexy and full of pheromones that scream "have sex with me"." She says laughing so hard she has to lean on the lockers to keep herself from doubling over.

Everybody is practically staring at us. Blushing I keep my head down as I quickly move away from the scene she created.

I arrive outside and only have to wait a couple seconds before Lea links arms with me unexpectedly and pulls me along with her. I don't resist and try to keep pace with her. After about 10 minutes she stops by the side of a gas station.

"I'm sorry about that, I just had to get out of there, my sister is just so... well there is no other way to say it, she is a bitch." She sounds angry for a second then smiles when she looks at me again.

"Anyway, do you know any fun places to hang out around here, we just got here the other day, and unlike my sister, I spent the last couple days helping my mother unpack." I think for a moment, still trying to catch my breath from almost having to run to keep up with her.

"Well... there is the arcade, the library, the skate park, and the bowling alley/ roller rink." I say finally managing to get my breath back to normal. Lea's face lit up when I said arcade.

"Let's go to the arcade, I haven't played air hockey in forever." She says grabbing my hand, my face instantly blushing, thank god she didn't notice, and pulling me away from the wall. "Lead the way"

We stayed at the arcade for a while, played air hockey for a while till I managed to finally win one game... out of 10, than we played ski ball and a few other games, she used her tickets to get us friendship bracelets and than we left.

"That was amazing, so much fun. We have to do that again sometime, I saw you eyeing that teddy bear in the prize area." She says laughing, grabbing my hand again and pulling me toward the bus stop. We sit on the bench.

"Sorry I can't give you a lift home, my mom dropped us off because me and my sister are still waiting for our cars to arrive, had to get them here through a moving van, they should be here next time. I'll pay for your bus ticket as a thank you for cheering me up today."

I blush "No.. no there is no need, I bought bus money with me today anyway, you don't need to do that for..." She puts her hand on my mouth to stop my babbling

"Think of it as a gift, you made my day better after my sister sent it plummeting into the abyss. If that's still not enough for you than as payment you can take me to the library tomorrow, I need some new books." She says smiling, removing her hand so I can nod my head. I show a small smile and her face lights up in a huge one. "Has anyone ever told you that you have a cute smile" 

I blush like crazy and she see's it this time, her smile growing bigger. "Thank... thank you"

The bus pulls up a few moments later. She hands me the $2 bus fee and we get up to get on the bus. Right before she gets on she kisses my cheek and get on the bus. Starting to freak out while climbing up the stairs I slip, blacking out before I hit the ground.

~A/N~  Ok before you all start questioning me about the main character , she isn't like any character of a story I have read so far. she was extremely sheltered as a kid, still holds her innocence. before the 2 girls came along she wasn't even sure if she liked anybody, let alone girls because she felt no need to be with anyone. now she has 2 beautiful girls who like her, has had her first kiss, and practically just went on a date. there is that plus if you haven't noticed she has medical issues that may or may not be described in the next chapter.
