Chapter 8.

Ok, so over the last week I had hardly ever seen Lea at all and I was really missing her. I hadn't seen her in class at all, same with her sister but at this point I hardly cared, all she wanted was to make her sister upset, I saw that when she did what she did last week.

I already know I like Lea, a lot, and I know she likes me, at least im pretty sure, why else would she react that way after seeing Fiona kiss me. I couldn't help but blame myself for her absence, I had hurt her by kissing Fiona, even if I didn't know it was going to happen.

"Hey, cheer up" Jasmine says as she stands next to my locker. "Im sure its not your fault, Lea is a strong girl from what I have seen from her, she wouldn't miss school just because of a kiss that you didn't mean to happen." I know that should have probably made me feel better but it didn't, now I was worrying for other reasons.

"Jasmine what if she is hurt...!" I start freaking out knowing that even though she was there for me im not there for her, I have been spending all my time worrying and not acting.

Jasmine stands in front of my with her hands on my shoulders. "Sky, get a hold of yourself. I don't think she is hurt, her mother would have been by to get work and nobody has done so. just stay calm ok. don't worry and im sure she will be back in no time." Despite what she says im still freaking out inside, trying to look calm on the outside.

I needed to ask the teacher where Lea lived so I could go see her, I wont be able to calm down till I see her.

~3 hours later~

I was able to get the address from the teacher and in return had to give them their missed work . I was on the way to their house now.

A few moments later I was up to the gate guarding a house... or should I say mansion. I was to busy staring at it for me to notice a man sitting in a small booth about 5 feet away looking at me.

"Um... miss, can I help you, unless you have a appointment..." he looks me up and down with a weird look on his face. "and I doubt you do, I cant let you through." I look at him.

"Im Lea's friend, I brought their class work since they have missed school." He gives me a look like he thinks im lying and goes over to a phone to make a call.

A few moments later he comes back and gives me a apologetic look. "Im sorry for the inconvenience. go on inside." he says and presses a button and the gate opens. I walk inside and see there is still about 60 feet between me and the house. After another 4 minutes of walking while holding the stuff, I finally make it to the front door.

Before I can ring the doorbell it opens and Fiona is standing there. "Well look who is here, I guess you missed me" She says laughing and I just ignore it.

"I have the work you missed the last few days. Also I would like to see Lea." She scoffs, annoyed that she was ignored. When I walk inside its even more impressive then on the outside. the walls are a pretty shade of red with gold colored trimming. there is a large staircase that goes up at least 2 feet.

"Yah, I know impressive isn't it." Fiona says like its nothing. "She is upstairs, the door with a sign that says "Bitch-free zone" on it" She says with a little laugh and walks away.

I walk up the stairs and near the end of the hallway was the door to her room. As I get closer I start hearing music playing, loud rock it sounds like, not really able to understand the words thanks to the muffled sound. I walk up to the door and knock on it a few times, it takes about 3 minutes but she finally opens the door. as soon as it opens the music start blasting out so loud and hurts my ears.
