Sorry Guys, Forgot about the story for a while. School just started and I remembered about this story in the middle of writing an essay, so might as well finish writing this chapter for you all.
The jet was waiting noon the day after Percy came back, waiting in the middle of the street as he said it would. Chiron, Annabeth, Piper, Nico, and Reyna for the Romans boarded the jet.
In the Pilots seat sat a regular SHIELD pilot and co-pilot next to him.
"How long will it take to get there?" Nico asked, Zeus not being fond of the children of his two brothers in his domain.
"Not long kid. The Helicarrier is cruising above New York at the moment." The Co-pilot woman smiled, she was a blonde and a very nice one, she answered questioned about the Helicarrier that she could and put the nervous group a bit more at ease.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The flight was only about 10 minutes, and when they landed on top of the aircraft Nico asked Zeus for an exception just that once, he really did not want to be a Percy and get zapped out of the sky.
The group of 5 stood on the tarmac as the jet took off again behind them, most likely to pick up some other Agents. They were having a hard time with conversations because the loud and strong winds carried their voices away from them before the other could comprehend what the other said. They stood there for a good half hour before a woman walked towards them and beckoned for them to follow her.
"My name is Agent Maria Hill. am I right to assume you are the Demi-gods?" the woman asked as they walked into the aircraft. As they walked deeper into it many agents walked past them. they twisted through many halls and made so many turns Annabeth was unable to remember the way from which they came.
They had passed by in the hallways Captain America and a red haired woman with a deadly Aura, the two people whom stood out the most of the people they walked by and saw. When Maria herded them into a large conference room with a glass table and many chairs they finally came back to their senses from whatever dreamland they had been previously occupied with.
"You must be the Half Gods I presume." A voice sounded and a dude in an Eyepatch appeared from the shadows, giving off the impression he was dark and liked to hide in shadows, like their resident son of Hades, Nico.
"Yes, are you the Leader?" Reyna demanded and Eyepatch nodded.
"Nick Fury of SHIELD." Eyepatch finally matched his face to his name and Annabeth nodded, She knew basically what SHIELD was, government worldwide peacekeepers as she knew it, but that was basically all she knew. How was Percy caught up in all this?!
"Our demigods have not been committing these crimes, and the Gods are to busy to go find some random Agent of yours and decided to kill them." Annabeth sighed, she sounded a bit like the old Percy, she admits she may have hung around him to much if she was starting to realize how much she sounded like her ex-boyfriend."Your Demigods or not, you are the leaders of a great amount of them , thus it is on your shoulders. Resolve it or SHIELD will take the initiative." Fury looked strait faced, but his tone was one of anger and his stance was rigid and tense.
Just as Annabeth opened her mouth to shout at Fury for putting the blame on Camp Half-blood and Camp Jupiter, the door was pushed open and a nameless SHIELD grunt walked in and stood at attention.
"Yes?" Fury asked.
"Hurricane pranked the new recruits again Director Fury." the man said.
"What did he do?" Fury sighed, Percy pulled stunts on the new Recruits quite a bit, but because of that they were becoming more alert and aware of where they were going and their surroundings, Which Fury found a great upside to since many of his older Agents still did not have that kind of awareness quite yet to such an extent the newbies had.
"20 Agents tied upside down by their feet hanging off the closest stairwell with their hands tied and mouths gagged." the man said and Fury sighed.
"And Agent Jackson?" Fury asked.
"Crouched on the railing above them, sir." the man said and Fury dismissed the grunt before making his own way towards the door.
"If you wish to meet Perseus Jackson while on this ship, this might be your only chance." Fury said in a strange act of kindness before he left the room and the Demigods scrambled after him after a moments hesitation.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Percy grinned as he heard the new recruits shouting and cursing at him through their gags as they flopped around like worms in midair. It was quite the comical sight, something the passing agents simply had to admit.
"JACKSON!" a familiar shout was heard nearing the stairwell on the same exact floor as Percy and his hanging victims. Percy winced for a second before turning into a sideways crouch on the railing of the stairwell just as the door slammed open.
"Director Fury. What brings you here this fine day?" Percy asked with a toothy smile that was obviously fake.
Stark then decided to show up, one of his Iron Man gauntlets on his right hand.
"What did you do? Did you annoy Fury without me?!" Stark grinned and faked hurt as Chiron and the Demigods observed the scene from the doorframe.
"Shut your trap Stark before I decide to shoot you." Percy growled and Fury growled in response.
"I want my agents on solid ground and unbound within the next 10 minutes, kill Stark and I will throw you off this helicarrier myself right now, have a nice fall." Fury growled and Percy sighed and stood up perfectly balanced on the railing.
"Yes Boss." Percy said and everyone watched as 20 agents were rescued from hanging and Percy turned to Stark, tackling the Billionaire whom within a minute lacked his gauntlet and was gagged.
Fury looked faintly amused as he let his assassin tie up Stark, empty his pockets, take off his shoes, and proceed to throw him over the side of the stairs and tie the rope he was connected to from his feet around the bottom of the railings vertical bars thus letting the man hang there.
"If I'm not allowed to kill you then I can hang you, next time it's off the side of the Helicarrier, hope you die." Percy showed his dislike once again and spooked the Demigods greatly, the Percy they knew would never take killing anything, even monsters, so easily.
Suck at Spelling so I revised the chapters with my Sisters help since she can actually spell. I also forgot to say in previous chapters, everything belongs to their rightful owners, I got the plot and that's all, even if the plots not the most original one.
