FATE

Lucy enters the peaceful looking forest with confidence. She traveled a long way and made sure to stay on the path ahead of her. She had rested a few times but pressed on. It started to get late and the light started to disappear.
I should most likely stop for today. Who knows what is in these woods. I will find fire wood and set up camp here in this clear area. As Lucy finished setting up camp, she noticed she could hear a stream near by. Sure enough a river was right there 50 feet away from camp.
She could see many fish swimming. She knew she ate all the food the old man gave her so she needed to catch food.
When she was younger and her father wasn't making her practice, she would disappear into the local woods for days on end. She was use to the outdoors so she knew what she was doing.
She pulled out her katana and sliced through the water when 3 fish came to the surface with each one with there head cut off. She cleaned them and cooked them.
The smell apparently caught the attention of a young man with pink hair and a scaly scarf.
"Oh that smells great. I wonder who is cooking that?"
The young man looked around for awhile and then just followed his nose. He finally found the camp and saw Lucy cooking 3 fish around the fire.
"Who is there! Come out or suffer the consequences!" Lucy shouted, sensing someone watching her, as she grabs her katana. As she readies for a fight, the young man steps out.
"Wow your ears are as sensitive as my nose is."
"Who are you?! What do you want!"
"Well for one stop yelling I am not an enemy, and two I was just following the sent of good cooking."
"Oh... There is something about him that makes me trust him, I don't know what it is, but I can't believe a total stranger can have this effect on me. Ok do you want some then? There is plenty here."
(A/N: when the letters look like this then it is someone else's thoughts.)
I just met this girl and she already has me mesmerized. Her beauty is uncanny. For some reason I know that she is different from every other girl I know. Maybe I will eat with her. It might be interesting.
"Ya sure thanks"
They started to eat when the young man startled Lucy.
"Oh ya I never asked your name! How rude of me. My name is Natsu. Natsu Dragn...dragon, Natsu Dragon, you?"
Oh ya my name is Lucy Heartf... Heart, Lucy Heart.
If he knew the truth he would act differently around me, I don't want that
If she knew the truth she would act differently around me, I don't want that.
"Please to meet you Natsu!"
"The pleasures all mine Lucy!"
From that moment on Lucy and Natsu's fate would be forever intertwined, even if they didn't know it themselves at the time.
