Harumi::.
After the guys left dad made (well actually bought :P) some really good sushi, Haruhis favorite fancy tuna, rice and furikake, and some ramen.
Its been a while since I had Japanese food. I've had mainly Cheesburgers, Salads, French Fries (YUMMIES! |^3^|), Pizza, Chips and lots of other greasy yumminess. But occasionally food from the places we visited...like France, Germany (yak! Sauerkraut! >p<), and...you get the idea.
As I was in the middle of slurping ramen, I glanced over at my sister who was digging into the fancy tuna like a wild beast. "Wow, big sis" I whistled, laughing at her a little bit.
She looks up with a questioning look, some of the tuna hanging by her lip. "Gross!" I giggled, shoving a paper towel in her her face.
My dad smiled as he watched us. "Its so good to have you back" He smiled, going in for a group hug. I wheezed as dad squeezed us. Dad has a freaking death grip!
After he released us I fell out of the chair gulping for air.
"Harumi! Stop being overdramatic!" Haruhi laughed.
I got off the ground and panted. "Whatever...how do you even deal with that? The whole squeezing hug thing?" I asked her, wanting to know her secrets!
"Eh, just practice." She shrugs and I sigh.
Poop. Might as well live with it.
After dinner we cleaned up the table and dishs and headed to showers and bed.
After my shower I climbed into bed with a loose green shirt that had a Brofist on it and a pair of grey, cottony short shorts. I checked my phone and messaged back my American friends and checked my Instagram and Facebook.
A little bit later I just read a few chapters in a book and fell asleep...with the light on. I can easily fall asleep with the light on.
On stormy days I would keep all the lights on and hide somewhere, reading or rocking back in forth, trying to stay calm.
I've been like this since my moms death...
It just reminded me so much of that horrible day...the thunder made it worse.
Haruhi told me all about her being scared too. But at least I was comforted by Auntie. Dad didn't know about it, since he was usually at his job and Haruhi never wanted to tell him about it.
I felt sorry for her.

Next Morning::.
I climbed out of bed once my alarm went off and I stood, stretching.
After a satisfied yawn, I bounced over to my closet and pulled on some galaxy print short shorts and a pink tank, but over it was a baggy grey hoodie. I then pulled knee high grey converse, with rainbow lace over unmatching socks.
With a swipe of lip gloss, eyeliner and brushing the knots outta my hair I headed down the stairs to be greeted by my sister dressed in a blue guys uniform.
It looked so cute on Haruhi!
The girl uniforms....horrid!
"Hey big sis" I smiled, waving at her.
"Hey" She yawned.
"Why you so tired sis?" I asked.
Haruhi blushed and looked away. "Just on the computer...all night." She mumbeled.
