"You absolutely positive you want to go back to school, honey?" My mother asks as we start to unpack Thalia and I's things out of the car.
Thalia and I have been wanting to move for awhile now. We couldn't stay in that apartment anymore. Far too haunting. So we got a place a couple miles away on Shermon St. It was a three bedroom house we decided we wanted to rent out. Nice neighborhood, affordable price, and it was right by the high school I planned on enrolling in: Ashmont High.
I nod wistfully. "Yeah, it's a good change of scenery too."
"You could always take classes online like me," Thalia suggests picking up a box of our bathroom stuff in it. "I mean, you're still working as a designer, right?"
Thalia's hair was now black with dark blue streaks. Thalia wasn't accustomed to the same thing forever (at least hair wise). So I wasn't very surprised when she decided to dye it again. Plus, I think all of us were starting fresh.
"I just need a new change," I sighed picking up my things for my room. "I just wanna finish my junior and senior year. And yes, I'm still One Direction's designer. It's what we've...you know, always wanted."
"Well, I'm proud of you both," My mother kisses our cheeks and takes Thalia's bean bag seat. "Harry and the rest of the boys are off today; they told me they'll bring the truck with everything else,"
I smiled again in spite of everything. Now it was starting to get a bit easier to smile. Inch by inch, as my mom would always say. And even though I was taking it in baby steps, I was starting to come around as well as Thalia. When the truck had arrived I was ecstatic to see Harry.
He's been pretty busy lately recording with the guys. Their brand new album should be coming out in February. In two weeks the boys would start their mini England tour. It was the first two week of October, and our office has been so busy these past several days. We were cramming for final designs, and everyone is looking at Thalia and I to get them out of the hole they all dug due to procrastination. It's exhausted me lately, but the dead line was coming up next week so things should settle by then.
Harry hopped out of the truck with his curly hair wet and damp pushed back by one of his bandanas he's been wearing recently. I jumped up and kissed his cheek. He wore a black shirt with cut off sleeves and white shorts. It was an unnaturally warm day, but I know it wasn't bound to last long. Which didn't bother me really, I liked the cold.
Niall hopped out as well wearing holy jeans and an old Rolling Stones grey t shirt. His blonde hair was gelled up not hanging into his face like normal.
"Don't suck her face too long," Niall pats Harry on the back before flashing me a smile and heading towards the truck with the rest of the boys.
Harry gave me a smile, his cute dimples popping out on his cheeks before cupping my face and pulling me in for a gentle yet tender kiss. We haven't had a 'hot' one for awhile. I felt bad deep inside doing that with Harry after what happened with Kris. But Harry has been so good not to push it, but I couldn't tell him deep inside I...wanted more.
"Hey mate! Unglue your guy's faces and help us with this dresser!" I heard Liam yell from the truck.
Harry pulls away. "I could shut him up and give us more time, you know," That faint and recognizable mischievous glint shown in his eyes made me giggle.
"Nope," Niall wraps an arm around Harry's shoulders. "I'm on angel duty, and that means-"
"Yeah, yeah, I know," Harry groans. "Thanks for the advice prissy wings."
Niall grins his boyish smile I haven't really seen in quite a while either. "You know I'm like your brother, mate."
Harry rolls his eeys but smiles kissing my cheek. "We'll be in with the dresser, babe."
"Be nice," I called after him; I picked up my own boxes and started settling in.

"Are you sure you wanna deal with the drama of something like high school?" Harry asks with his eyebrows raises clearly mystified.
"Nothing could've been more dramatic than this summer," I mutter into his shirt.
Harry and the boys moved our beds and couches and dresses with record time. Paparazzi came by for awhile, but eventually they took off. They were quite nice here in England; they didn't really ask questions. They kinda just took pictures and went of their way. Now that most of the things were moved in, Harry decided to spend the night. We lay in bed watching T.V, but I wasn't really paying much attention to it.
He gives me no response, but he does start rubbing my back soothingly. I really did like it when he did that.
"Why are you doing this though?"
I took a deep breath and shrugged. "I don't know, I just...need normality somewhere in my life, you know? Dolor is still out there somewhere; we both know that. Work is well..hectic. I guess I just feel like I need to finish high school on a personal level."
"I just don't see why you can't take courses online," He sighs kissing my head. "Then if you really want to you can just attend a university around here."
I nod slowly. "Believe me, I thought about it. But..."
"No, no I get it," He smiles tenderly soothing my hair back. "It's just...you already have a very good job, and I'll miss you."
I couldn't resist laughing a little at his face. "Don't worry, you'll see me everyday. And I just really want to learn more! They have a good extracurricular for design at Ashmont. I could become an even better designer after this!"
"I'm just glad you still want to be a designer," He says in relief.
"It's always been my dream," I whisper smiling, but then my smile turned into a frown. Kris's dreams were coming true as well. We were supposed to live it all together; all three of us.
"Grace." Harry's voice cuts through my thoughts.
"What?"
"You're shaking,"
I look down at my hands watching them tremble for a moment.
"Sorry...didn't really notice."
"Kris passed on; Niall even told me he felt it," Harry reassures gingerly stroking my hair.
"Really?"
"Yeah. Maybe Niall may even see her one day,"
"I wish I could see her," I whisper longingly and then suddenly feeling slightly lethargic. Dolor...I will get him.
"One day you will," He promises me before I start to fade. "Sleep, my love."
(A/N) yay a sequel :) I'll make this one more interesting. There will be new characters, and the pov will change just a little bit more. But don't worry you'll have a lot of Gracie's POV. I just wanna tell you about the new characters because I'll be writing in their POV before Gracie actually meets them. Thanks for reading I love you<3
