Chapter 7: Operation Retrieving the Memory (Desperate Move)

The ninjas went back to the Leaf Village successfully together with the Sand Siblings. But they are having a new trouble right now since the rebel uses the forbidden medical technique to Temari.

All of them are in the hospital together with Lady Tsunade, Temari was awake but she was tied by a chakra so that she couldn't move and attack them

"They deleted everything in her brain and replace it with false information about herself, the only thing she know right now is to kill everyone of us here" Lady Tsunade explained

"Could you bring back her memories?" Gaara asked

"For that question, Im sorry to say but no, I couldn't. All these years that I have studied medical jutsu, that amazage jutsu was the most forbidden by the medical masters, is it simply because there is no remedy for that jutsu so all medical ninjas were not allowed to use that medical jutsu again. Only one person does master it, it was Mitsuka, because he disobeyed the rule, he was sentenced to prison but he escaped and ended up being a rebel against the Leaf Village" Lady Tsunade said

All of them were quietly listening, there is no way to retain the memory. Shikamaru was standing, looking down at the ground, he couldn't look at Temari's situation because he blames himself for what happened.

"Neji Hyuga, I want you to look at her brain using your byakugan and tell me some details that you see" the Hokage ordered

"Byakugan!...yeah Lady Tsunade, you are right, everything in her memory were replaced by new memories, but there was a little part of her brain that has the old memories, but it was a small percent" Neji explained

"So thats it?! she will just be isolated in the hospital for the rest of her life because she has the threat of killing us all?!" Kankuro yelled with teary eyes

"I have one way to make things better but it didn't means curing the whole situation" Lady Tsunade said

"What is that?" Gaara asked

"I will use a jutsu that will delete those replaced memories, I can do that but I can't retain the old memories, so the thing is, she wouldn't have memory at all!" Lady Tsunade explained

"Whaaaaat?!!"

All of them were shocked with the last option they had, then Shikamaru punched the wall but still looking down, that caught the attention of everyone in the room

"What kind of idea is that?! You'll remove her memories and left nothing, how about her?!" Shikamaru yelled

"Thats the only way Shikamaru, all of you will just help her retain her memory again by just telling her the story of her life" Lady Tsunade said

"That's ridiculous! Theres no way you will execute that jutsu to her!" Shikamaru yelled angrily

"Whats wrong with you?! There is no option!" Kankuro yelled

Everyone tried to convince Shikamaru that it was their last safe move to do inorder to save Temari

"In shogi being stuck in a hopeless situation doesn't mean theres no move, there are a lots of move that might help you win the game, even it was the dumbest" Shikamaru said

"Why Shikamaru, I guess you want to propose something, have you thought of a plan?" The lady Hokage asked him

"Yes, I have an idea, the dumbest idea I've ever thought but its way better than the last option that you are talking about, would you let Temari rely her life by just the stories that we are going to share to her? Thats crazy, it will make a total difference, you should know that, this is the only thing that I thought that could bring her back to normal, its just a matter of common sense."
