The Easter Bunny

The poem here was written by someone who wants to remain anonymous so yeah.

Agent Nut has recovered from Mission 1, which we shall now refer to as, The Battle of Nut. She has recently informed me of a creature called the Easter Bunny. Somehow, I feel as if the name is familiar. Apparently it comes this Sunday. I feel the need for a new mission.

I have devised a plan to capture this, "Easter Bunny". Below are the materials.

~3 dyed eggs, flashing lights, bubble wrap, carrots (from my own stash), a net, a pole, rope, A basket full of sleeping powder, a fan, and finally, a translator.

To do this, we will use the bubble wrap to catch the Easter Bunnies attention,  bright flashing lights so the Easter Bunny will follow them, and eggs so the Bunny is tempted to follow the trail. Next, we will place a rope under a pole that is propping up a box. We will place carrots under the box so the Easter Bunny will be less aware of the looming box. Also, under the box is a basket full of sleeping powder and the fan. When the box falls, we'll turn on the fan that will blow sleeping powder onto the Easter Bunny who will fall asleep.

Then, with the translator, we will interrogate the Bunny who will tell us how to escape and get rid of the cats.

Agent Doge and Agent Nut are gathering the supplies, we must act soon. The plan for the mission is for it to occur at 3:00 AM. 

Mission has began. No sign of the Easter Bunny yet. 

WE HAVE A PROBLEM. Agent Doge barked at a mouse and now the cats are awake. As I type, the cats are already opening their eyes. I think I have a plan, Agent Nut will put some sleeping powder on them. But how??

Cats have been put back to sleep. We simply had to turn the fan towards them. I hope the Easter Bunny hasn't been scared away, it's almost 5:00.

The Easter Bunny has been spotted. It is giant! I am signaling Agent Doge to pop the bubble wrap. Perfect! Now the Easter Bunny is heading towards us, Agent Nut has turned on the lights. The plan is going well. The Easter Bunny is near the box now, I must stop typing to pull the rope.

We have trapped the Easter Bunny, the fan has been turned on. Now all that's left is to wait. 

We have another problem, we didn't think far ahead as how to immobilize the bunny. I believe we will use a rope and the basket. 

It worked. The Easter Bunny is almost awake. It is white with lots of sparkles. It came with candy, which we have left untouched. If all goes well, I will be free once again. I hope the cats do not awake any sooner.

The bunny has spoken. It tells us to let it free. I have put on my evil face so it will talk. So far, it refuses to answer any questions we ask it, about where it came from, why it was here, and who was it.

Finally, I get to the most important question, how to escape. The bunny looks at us, and finally agrees to answer the question in return for it's freedom. This is an important time, I must listen closely.

I'm still disappointed about the easter bunnies answer. She said, "To escape you must first befriend the cat". Then, in a puff of mist she disappeared. 

I will never befriend a cat, NEVER.

I have been lied too. Agent Doge and Nut are trying to get me to leave my cage, but I will not until I find a way to escape. Bunny Houdini is my new idol. I searched up pictures of bunnies earlier, and all I saw was bunnies being mocked and made fun of. 

Something must be done. I have used up all my bubble wrap, and have sent Agent Nut on a journey to get more.

I will write more later, today has been a day of sadness. Never before has a mission been such a failure.  

I have sent a poem to my family members far away, to express the failure, besides the fact we know the easter bunny is real. Yay kids....

I hate kids.

My poem expresses grief, and sorrow, the deep grief of failure;

Sparkles, in the sparkling night, leads the Easter Bunny here,

And when the trap falls and all is clear, 

The Easter Bunny speaks,

But not of escape or dreams come true,

but about cats, and evil, and hate.

And sorry fills my bunny heart

but no, I will not give up.

My journey is not over yet, I must be strong. My new goal is to research about all the magical creatures in the world, and capture each and every one of them and force them to tell me how to escape.

But I don't know what to do when I escape, and if I can leave behind Agent Doge and Nut. That's a problem for when I escape. Maybe my goal will be to help bunnies everywhere escape, then I will be famous, and everyone will read my blog!!!!
