COLD DECEMBER NIGHT
You and Taeyong came from a party at a friend's house. It started snowing and on your way back to the city, you recalled the moment where your bestfriend Taeyong flirted with your highschool enemy earlier that night.
"Twelve thirty one." You whispered as you separated your eyes from your wrist watch. "Brrr." You freezed due to the air condition of the car that you were riding in, and one factor to be considered is the cold weather from outside.
"Are you sure you're okay?" Asked the guy in a grey sweatshirt for the third time.
"Yes Taeyong. Just focus on the road please." You placed your hands on your face trying to calm yourself down.
"You're obviously feeling ill." He glanced at you worriedly.
"No need to worry about me, I'm okay. It's just that... I'm really tired and there's a bunch of things to do in the morning." You replied cordially, trying to hide your temper.
"Uh? So what's up with Tia earlier? She even said that's she's comfortable with me and we should hang out more often. Is that okay with you?" He started noticing your sardonic expression after saying those filthy words. Taeyong touched your left hand and squeezed it lightly. "Hey, we should go to the hospital if you're feeling-"
"I said I'm fine!" You shouted abruptly, causing him to stop the car on the side of the road.
"Hey (y/n) what's the problem? You've been like this for three hours already." He looked at you broodingly.
"There's no problem! I'm the problem! If that's what you want to hear!" You yelled at him like he did something that's unforgivable.
"What?!" His big bright eyes turned bigger.
"Lee Taeyong! I told you about that nemesis of mine. Every single detail about her and what she did that turned me into a mess! You know what she did to me before! And then you'll flirt with her like she did nothing wrong to your bestfriend?" You shook your head in disbelief. "So now what?!"
"Calm down. Calm down (y/n), I'm sorry- hey wait... are you jealous?" He giggled. "I won't talk to her ever again, I'm sorry... but are you jealous?"
You lowered your head so that he won't see your blushing face.
"No, why would I be?" You grunted. "Shut up and start the engine."
"No...no wait." He touched the side of your face and slowly moved it to the level of his face too. "You like me, I am right?" He smiled joyfully.
"No way." You replied in a sullen manner.
"Tell me." He massaged your shoulders gently.
"Why would I like an ass like you?" You let out a sly smile.
"Because-" Taeyong didn't finish what he was saying because he lean towards your face and his lips crashed into yours. Breaking the kiss, he smiled. "I can taste it that you like me." His expression became radiant and you felt ecstatic at that very moment.
"I love you." He said in a very happy tone.
