Chapter 3

*Mitch's P.O.V*

Jerome and I ended up watching three more movies, and by that time I was getting tired, but I didn't think anything of it.

"Your turn to pick the movie." I said to Jerome after the fourth movie that we had watched was over.

"Okay." Jerome said getting up and walking over to my movie collection.

*Jerome's P.O.V*

Once I picked out the next movie I popped the disc into the DVD player and pressed play. 

"What are we going to do tomorrow Mitch?" I asked him, turning around.

I turned and saw Mitch asleep on the couch, I smiled, he looked so cute when he was asleep. 

I turned back to the DVD player and turned the power off, not wanting the noise to wake him.

I slowly walked over to Mitch and picked him up bridal style, I carried him to his room and laid him down on the bed. I tucked him in, and looked at him once more.

You don't know how much I wanted to lay down beside him and fall asleep in his arms, but I didn't want to put Mitch in an awkward position.

I slowly got up and walked to the door, I turned around and before I shut off the light I said.

"Good night....love."

*Mitch's P.O.V*

I didn't remember falling asleep, but I do remember having a dream.

*Dream*

I was on the couch sleeping when Jerome came over and picked me up bridal style, and carried me to my room.

He layed me down and looked at me, not saying anything.

"Sleep with me." I said to him. but he said nothing, he just stood up again.

"No, where are you going! Stay with me please!" I said to him as he was walking away, "Don't leave me..." 

He still said nothing, but when he got to the door he turned around.

He mouthed something but I couldn't hear it, because a loud 'BANG' covered his words.

That was when I woke up.

*Present time*

I sat straight up, and wiped my forehead, it was moist. I was sweating.

I looked over to the window and saw a huge storm, it was thunder and lightening, the rain was coming down hard.

I shivered, how I hated thunder storms, I jumped as I heard the thunder.

I crawled out of my bed and walked to my door, I then blinked.

Wait.

Why was I in my room anyways? Wasn't I on the before?

My dream then came back to me. Was the dream, real?

I shook my head and jumped again as I heard the thunder, I needed to calm down.

I opened my door and walked to the kitchen, I passed the living room on the way to the kitchen and saw Jerome sleeping on the couch.

I guess he wasn't bothered by the storm...

I continued to walk to the kitchen, I made a cup of tea and got a spoon out of the drawer. The thunder decided to scare me again, which caused me to drop the spoon and swear loudly.

"Mitch, why are you up at this hour?" Jerome asked me.

I turned to see Jerome rubbing his eyes tiredly like a little kid. I smiled, he was really cute when he did that...

"I, um, I-" I stuttered, I can't tell him I'm afraid of thunder! "I had a craving for tea."

Jerome sighed and walked closer to me, "Tell me what's really wrong biggums."

I sighed, I can't hide anything from Jerome..."I'm afraid of thunder..." I said, looking to the ground embarrassed.

I felt Jerome's arms around me, I looked back up to see that Jerome was hugging me, I instantly wrapped my arms around him as well.

Jerome pulled back a bit more, but he remained close.

"It's okay, I'll protect you." Jerome said to me.

I smiled, "Okay, but you're going to have to sleep in my bed because I don't feel safe without you beside me."

Jerome smiled back, "Okay, now come on, back to bed."

I nodded and followed Jerome to my room, and I climbed into bed, Jerome laid in bed too.

I smiled, but flinched when I heard thunder again. Jerome laid closer to me and hugged me.

"It's okay Mitch, I;m here."
