I washed the horses softly. They where the most beautiful creatures i had known. Always gentle, always kind always willing to listen. Cinderella has mice, I have horses. As i cleaned their soft skin i gazed past the barbwire fence into the hills, but Emily caught me.
"What are you doing?" She said slyly. "Your not thinking of escaping again?" She walked slowly towards the fence, twisting the key that hung around her neck and opening the gate. I dropped the sponge and walked towards her. She was teasing me. Why would she do that. She has everything, and i have nothing. She closed the gate and walked over to a patch of grass and sat down. Then she began to sing. I watched her as i reached the gate. But i could not get out. All i wanted to do was step outside of the gates. Touch the grass, pick the flowers, feel free for once in my life. Tears welled up in my eyes as i heard the song Emily sung. Her voice was beautiful, It was so smooth and soft, just as my mothers. She used to sing it to me before i slept each night.
She was dancing now. spinning. Her hair blew in the soft warm wind. She looked so free, so happy. This was cruel. How could she do this. She smiled cruelly at me. I started to cry and Emily laughed at me. I didn't know what to do. I was sitting on the ground in a heap sobbing while Emily Montine laughed at my misfortune. If only i was her. If only i was beautiful like her, free like her. She came back onto the property and closed the gate. She left me crying on the ground and returned with my sponge.
"Get to work now," she said, "Or ill tell mother how you where messing around." She walked of giggling as i stood up wiping the tears from my face. If only i was her.

sorry this is so short. I just wanted to show how she was feeling and how cruel her sisters are. Hope you like it :]
