CHAPTER SIXTEEN | SOMEBODY ELSE

10 COMMENTS THAT DO NOT SAY "UPDATE!"

Arabella stormed inside the house with a scowl. With the new information she had learned, she wanted to kill Damon, or hurt him. Arabella and him were...something, and for him to blow it all away by kissing Elena was starting to piss her off.

She spotted Rebekah and Klaus in the living room. She quirked an eyebrow at her sister.

"What took you so long?" Arabella questioned.

"Alaric didn't want to hand over the stake," Rebekah remarked. She showed her siblings the stake with a victorious smirk. "Luckily I'm quite the charmer."

"That's it?" Klaus questioned, dropping his paint brush to walk over to her.

"The last of the white oak stakes that can kill us," Rebekah remarked. She looked at the hybrid. "Do you want to do the honors or shall I?"

Klaus took the stake from her, throwing it into the fireplace. The flames flared up around the stake, it slowly beginning to burn.

"Well that's that then," Arabella remarked, watching the flames burn the stake.

"Pack your bags, we're leaving," Klaus stated suddenly. Arabella snapped her head up, a frown on her face.

"Today?" Her and Rebekah asked together.

"Why not? There's nothing keeping us here. We'll grab the doppelgänger and be off by sunset," Klaus told them.

"But tonight is the decade dance," Rebekah protested.

"So?"

"So. I'm head of the committee, we have to go," Rebekah argued.

"I'm not going to any dance," Klaus said to her.

"Caroline will be there," Arabella piped up with a smirk.

"That means nothing to me," Klaus told her.

"Please, I have big plans for tonight. Just go for me," Rebekah begged her brother.

"Okay, fine. One last hoorah," Klaus remarked grudgingly.

"One last hoorah, Nik."

Arabella rolled her eyes. "You two can have fun at your little dances. I have people to piss off."

Arabella spotted Damon walking down the street, making her blood boil just at the sight of him. She quickly sped to him, throwing his body against a wall as she held up against it. Her hand was wrapped around his throat as she glared at him.

"How was Denver, darling?" Arabella questioned, tilting her head as she let a vicious smile pass her face.

"Great. You should've come," Damon grunted out, letting out a small laugh.

Arabella slammed his head up against the wall, her smile dropping as she glowered at him.

"If I was there, would you still have kissed Elena?" Arabella questioned him angrily.
