Tsuna: Chapter 2, rewritten version: START!

-----------------------------------------------------------

Sawada Tsunayoshi was 14 when the thought of running away occurred to him. The brunet, although he was constantly neglected and ignored, loved his family very much. The first 4 years that he spent with his family went well if he may say so. His family seemed to love him because they were all smiles and happy vibes when they were with the child but at the age of 5, something changed. It was as if he didn't matter. It was as if they hated him.

"Giotto-nii, c-can you please p-lay with Tsu—kun? Plleeaassee!" A small brunet that looked to be age 3 (but was actually 5) due to his height looked up at his tall, blond haired brother with eyes that appeared to be shining. The boy pouted when his older brother, Giotto, ignored him.

"Giotto-nii~" The cute boy folded his arms and stomped on the ground cutely when said boy still did not pay attention to him. The boy though that his brother looked silly with how he was just standing there, staring off into space.

"Gio-"

"Don't call me that." The boy tilted his head in confusion. Did he hear right? Maybe he misunderstood the words seeing as he was still a child.

"Giotto-nii?"

"DIDN'T I JUST TELL YOU TO NOT CALL ME THAT?!" Giotto turned to his younger brother with his cheeks red and his blue eyes blazing in anger. It appeared that his shout had scared the younger because the brunet had started to shake.

"I- I don't understand. I-" The brunet's stuttering was cut off by the blonde's scoff.

"Of course you don't understand! You're just a dumb brat anyway. Get out of my sight, Tsunayoshi." Giotto growled at the other which frightened the younger even more but even when he was afraid, he stood in front of his brother on shaky legs. He clutched his shirt that had a number 27 imprinted on it as if to gain strength.

"I won't leave, Giotto-nii." The boy, Tsunayoshi, trembled as he could feel Giotto's anger multiply tenfold.

"Now, Tsunayoshi! I won't repeat myself again." Giotto looked furious! With his heart heavy, Tsunayoshi began to walk away but before he truly disappeared from his brother's view, he turned and smiled at the other.

"I love you, Giotto-san."

It was too bad, really. It was too bad that Tsunayoshi immediately left the room after saying that because he didn't see Giotto's expression turn neutral. He didn't see how the other almost tore his hair out nor did he see how he clutched at his plain colored shirt. He couldn't hear the other when he had punched the wall in the living room. He couldn't hear the crashes that came from that room but the brunet did hear his brother's scream and that chilled him to the bone. He didn't know at that time that his brother's scream would haunt him and his pathetic life.

Tsunayoshi was 5 years old when that happened. The distance between his brother and him grew every day and before the younger knew it, the two of them barely had any decent conversations inside the house which was, of course, every day because the brunet was not allowed to go out. Never in his life had he been outside of the house in all of his 5 years! It was only when he was turning 6 that he was finally let out. Tsunayoshi, at that time, did not know what would transpire outside of the house. He didn't know that by going out, he would be leaving the little love he received from his family.
