Hey guuuys~
Here's the rewritten version of chapter 3. I hope you guys enjoy~
--------------------------------------------
After Tsunayoshi's father screamed for the boy to come down, no noise could be heard except for the ragged breathing of the brunet. The boy didn't know what to expect from his raging father but he had a feeling it would not end well for him. Tsunayoshi quietly walked down the hall as well as the stairs. A soft thump could be heard from every step he took.
"Everything looks so dangerous." Tsunayoshi whispered as his eyes traveled from one thing to another. He could feel his heart beat faster and his mind go haywire as a sense of foreboding filled him. The walls seemed to be suffocating him, as if they were squeezing him- crushing him.
'Where is everyone?' Tsunayoshi thought as he roamed the house quietly. The boy clutched the hem of his favorite orange and white jacket that had a black skull on the bottom left side, and bit his lip slightly. As the boy neared the kitchen, he could hear the voices of his family. Tsunayoshi was about to enter the area but stopped when he heard murmurs coming from the place. He crept closer and made sure he couldn't be seen by his family.
" Nana, you know we have to do this. You know he has to go." Tsunayoshi heard his father say, exasperation clearly in the tone of his voice.
"Iemitsu-"
"When I say go, Nana, I mean permanently. We can't have him soil our names any longer. We only need Giotto, why can't you see that?" Tsunayoshi clenched his fist as he started shaking, in anger or fear, even he couldn't tell. For a second, the brunet's brown eyes flashed orange as his tears started to flow down his cheeks.
"Speaking of that pest, where is he? TSUNAYOSHI!" His father bellowed making the young boy flinch. His eyes darted from the kitchen opening to the door which was mere steps away. Should he take the risk?
'They want me gone anyway... or at least Iemitsu does.' With that thought, his eyes hardened as determination and strength found their way into his broken heart. When he turned around to run, he froze as he saw his blue eyed brother in front of him. The blond glared at him in disgust and hatred before shoving him away.
"Get out of my sight, idiot Tsuna." It was funny, to be honest, because he had said it so quietly yet every syllable was filled with venom. His brother, who was merely clad in a simple black shirt and white shorts, gave him one last glance before disappearing inside the kitchen.
RUN
He had to go now! Tsunayoshi's chance of survival was slim but he knew if he didn't leave now, his life would end at the hands of his father. The boy hurriedly went to the door, threw it open and ran out. He could hear his father shouting in rage as well as his mother but neither deterred him from his escape. This was it. He was going to live! No longer would he be Sawada Tsunayoshi, the useless, adopted son of the Sawada Family. In this new life of his, he would only be Tsunayoshi and this time, he will be the one to make his own identity.
"I will live." Tsunayoshi whispered, a small smile graced his lips even as he continued to run in the dark. A laugh left him even as tears poured from his eyes.
He was finally free!
He was safe, away from that wretched house and yet, why was he so discontented? Why was he still scared? Why did he feel as if... everything he did would only cause him pain? Why did he feel so cold? Was it because he was...
Alone?
'I've been alone all of my life!' Tsunayoshi frowned, a look of frustration with a hint of confusion could be seen on his face.
"I've always been alone, right?" He whispered as he stopped in his tracks. He bit his lip as he recalled the smiling faces of his family. What happened? What went wrong? Was it something he said- had done? Why? Why did they leave him alone?
Why was he so damn lonely?
Why was his life so pathetic?
For the first time in years, Tsunayoshi let out a wail and sobs soon followed after. His legs soon buckled under his weight and he fell to the ground. He didn't mind the pain he felt from the fall because he was too numb. Using his left arm, he furiously rubbed away the tears that fell from his beautiful brown eyes. He bit his lip in order to muffle his voice and when it seemed as if that didn't work, he brought his arm, which was covered by the sleeve of his jacket, towards his mouth and bit it. An intense pain came over him as his mind seemed to taunt him with the memories of his family. From when his family smiled at him, praised him and loved him up to the point of where they shunned him, hated him and finally, abused him.
'I love them so much!' He screamed in his mind because he did, he really did love them and he still does. They cared for him even if that was only for a short amount of time. The feeling of love and acceptance still lingered in his heart and that was enough for him.
All he wanted for them was happiness
It took him awhile but once the brunet was able to compose himself, he stood up with his bangs shadowing his eyes. His lips formed a small, sad smile. Tear tracks could still be seen on his face but he soon wiped them away.
'This is what they want, right? They want me gone from their life...' Tsunayoshi breathed in and after, he sighed. His shoulders were slumped in defeat at first but soon, he held his head high, showing his eyes filled with determination.
"This is my new life." He breathed in before continuing.
"In the end, I chose to do this so there's no going back now." He took a step forward and then took another until he was full on running again. He didn't hesitate this time as he weaved through familiar streets. He didn't stop, not even when his legs felt as if they were going to give up. Soon, familiar streets turned to unfamiliar ones and as he passed by a park, something in him told him to rest there. The small boy was skeptical at first but decided to follow his 'intuition'. He picked the tree which was farthest away from the park's entrance and soon, he climbed up to the nearest branch. He let his feet dangle a bit as he sat on the branch and stared unblinkingly at the dark sky.
'Well, tomorrow's a brand new day.' And with that thought, he fixed himself so that he wouldn't end up falling during the night. He closed his eyes and fell into a dreamless sleep.

Okay guys, I know this chapter seems weird (or is it just me?). I tried (TRIED XD) to make this work and to be honest, I'm not sure this turned out... well. This is supposed to be a rewrite and yet I feel as if I just made things worse. So, I'm sorry if I disappointed you with this chapter! Forgive me guuuys~
