Tsuna's Life (rewritten version)

Chapter 10

Hey guys~ I'm back with another chapter! I just want to apologize for the long wait! Sorry as well for any mistakes here. I just edited this on my phone which might explain some typos and suck-ish flow.

"Oi, Dame-Tsuna-" Reborn gave a smirk before continuing "-open your eyes."

Tsuna's beautiful brown eyes were shut so no one could possibly see the other's normally caramel orbs but once he opened them, all of the
People that were present were shocked to see glowing orange eyes.
"Heh, you finally managed to do it. Took you long enough, Dame-Tsuna." Reborn smirked with his eyes being hidden by his fedora.

"Reborn, he is not the true enemy." Tsuna narrowed his eyes as he scoped out the battlefield before pointing his finger at the leader
"He is." Tsuna finished as he eyed the other with caution and determination.

"What do you mean, Tsunayoshi-kun? What is his part in all of this?" Fon asked, blocking a kick from one of the attackers.

"He is the boss of Cielo famiglia." Tsuna, if possible, narrowed his eyes even more which came with a calm yet eery glow that made the said man shudder. Tsuna wasted no time in getting into a fighting position when the man stood up clapping his hands.

"As expected of the Vongola Decimo or rather, soon-to-be-"He laughed boisterously before continuing.
"And of course, Reborn, the number one Hitman" A bullet suddenly whizzed past him but by the time that happened, the place he was at was void of any life. Everyone was shocked when they saw the boss a few feet away from his original position and his body was held against the stem of a tree.

"Do anything unnecessary and you'll regret it." Tsuna hissed in anger, tightening his grip on the man's collared shirt as if to prove his point.

"As if." The man smirked.

"Would you like to try me?" Tsuna asked, a dark and unreadable expression on his face which had the other shivering in fear for a moment.

'Wait, why am I afraid of him? He's only a freaking kid!' With that thought, he managed to stop his shaking and return his arrigant look.
"I'm not afraid of you." He breathed out.

"Too bad, that was the wrong answer." Tsuna looked at the older boy with a frown. When he was about to attack the man, he was stopped by Reborn making Tsuna look at him quizzically.

"I'll do it for you." Reborn gave the other a slightly psychotic yet at the same time, cool-looking grin. His eyes held a dark, mischievous and dangerous glint that even made his comrades shiver in fear.

"Why?" Tsuna asked, his eyes questioning and sizing up the other.

Reborn whispered the word "Payback" then looked at the man with his shark-like grin that only promised pain and torture.

"Come now Tsuna, you wouldn't want to be near Reborn when he's like that. Kora." Colonello sighed as he appeared next to Tsuna and grabbed the other's hand. Tsuna looked at the boy's baby blue eyes that immediately calmed him. After a few seconds, the brunet gave a slight nod which signalled to Colonello that he was ready to leave. The blond left with Tsuna being dragged behind him but as they crossed Kai's path, they were stopped.

"How did you know?" Kai had an unreadable look on his face as he gazed at Tsuna.

"It was obvious." Tsuna shrugged but he, himself, knew that was a lie. Honestly, he didn't know how. He just knew if that made any sense.

"How can I ever repay you?" Kai asked again, his hands were shaking in front of him as he gave Tsuna a low bow.

"You don't have to bow. I just want you to be free and that you'll enjoy your life" Tsuna answered honestly as he gave the other a small, yet sincere smile.

They heard a scream of terror and both of them looked back, but quickly regretting it. Heck even Tsuna, who was still in his Hyper Dying Will Mode, was scared or even worse, scarred. The two ran, separated and ran some more with Colonello shaking his head in bemusement.

By the time he arrived home, he was already out of his HDWM. With Natsu in his arms as he went inside the house, He wasn't prepared for Luce's screams directed at him.

"Tsunayoshi Where were you?" Luce cried out, worry clearly shown in her eyes.

"Um, Sorry about that, Luce. It's a bit of a long story, to be honest." Tsuna grinned sheepishly.

"Alright, Tsunayoshi-kun. I'm just glad that you'r okay but please do get dressed. We are going to the Vongola headquarters." Luce said with a small smile on her face.

Tsuna left, waving goodbye before he disappeared into his room. Luce sighed once more as she heard the front door open which revealed  she saw a certain raven haired teen.

"And where exactly have you been?" Luce asked a blood covered Reborn, her foot tapping impatiently on the floor.

"I just went out to finish something." He said, passing by Luce to get to his room but failed when she said something that shook his insides.

"Reborn, tell everyone to take care of Tsuna for me and to protect him." Dhe whispered. Immediately, Reborn's obsidian eyes widened as he took a glance at Luce.

"What do you mean? Don't tell me you're leaving us?" Reborn demanded. His hands were curled into tight fists that were turning white from the force that he was placing on them.

"No, I'm not. I'll always be with all of you." She slowly held the other's hand in her own and uncurled them. Tears were clearly present in her eyes as she gazed at Reborn with a pained smile. Before the other could ask more, she left. Reborn just stood there as pale as a ghost. He slowly understood what she meant and it broke his heart.

'She's not leaving us. Well she technically is but she's gonna die and she knows it.' Reborn glared at nothing in particular before he decided to go to his room to think about the events happening in the group and with Tsunayoshi.
