Ignored and Unwanted

There's a girl on the corner

Parents to consumed by themsleves

Seems no one around her cares

So she just sits there

Look at her arms, the marks are clear

She doesn't want to be here

She just sits with a blade

And cuts her life away

You can see in her eyes

Straight to her silent cries

All her hope is gone

Her pain has last too long

But she is over looked

And a razor hes her hooked

Fake a smile, she is passed by

Still she has to ask why

The weight of the world on her shoulders

Feeling like a hundred ton boulders

Still no one reaches out to see

This broken girl is me

another really old peom, but I like the somber feel to it.
