Claude had took me to this wonderful café for my lunch break. It's true what they say about the British loving their tea. I had never knew their were so many different teas to choose from as I looked at the menu. Claude had offered to pay even though I was happy to pitch in but he wasn't hearing it. He insisted that I helped my self to whatever I wanted. After a minute of looking at the menu, the waitress came to take my order. I've decided to go with a fillet of beef carpaccio, artichoke hearts and shaved parmesan, wouldn't hurt to try something new. For my tea I went with the Souchoung medium, it was a popular brand. Finally for desert I had hot chocolate fondant with homemade vanilla ice-cream. Lunch was wonderful although Claude didn't order anything, maybe he was hungry. He only seemed to care that I ate.
As I was finishing up my lunch I glanced at Claude. I was a little surprised at first....I could have sworn his eyes glowed pink of some sort. Maybe I was just seeing things. I couldn't observe him longer before he turned his face away from me and uttered something.
Claude: Pardon me Milady, it seems something....has come up. You'll have to forgive me.
(Y/N): It's fine, go take care of it and thank you for lunch.
Claude: My pleasure.
Claude stood up to leave but then felt someone grab his arm, he turned to find (Y/N) staring up at him.
(Y/N): Oh Claude if you don't mind, I'd like it if you walked home with me after work at 12:00....that's if your not busy, then you can forget about it.
Claude: Of course. I'd be honored.
You couldn't help but smile inside as you watch Claude turn and leave again.

I was having a wonderful after noon with (Y/N). I couldn't help but stare at her lips that I so badly wanted to claim, as she ate. Everything was going well before Alois summoned me back to the manor. The brat always finds the worst possible time's to ruin my day. I didn't want to leave (Y/N) but I didn't have a choice. Though she seemed to understand my sudden dismissal. What a darling woman.
When I left the café I hurried to the manor, only to be greeted by Alois when I got there.
Alois: It's about bloody time you got here! You know you had two days off not four! Sometimes your a sorry excuse for a butler you know that.
Claude: My apologies your highness.
Alois: Oh save it Claude. Don't think I don't know what your up to. Tell me who is it?
Claude only stared blankly at Alois.
Claude: What ever do you mean?
Alois: It's a girl isn't it? That's the only reason you would ever take this long to come back. Who's the bitch you've been messing around with, I want to know right now.
Claude knew that if he told Alois about (Y/N), he would order him to bring her here and he would hurt her out of jealousy. Alois always did like Claude in a way that Claude did not return the affection. For now he had to try and lead Alois's suspicion away.
Claude: I've been with no one, my long absent is only due to matters benefiting you, although I was delayed by a certain demon.
Alois looked at Claude long and questionably.
Alois: Hmmmmm.....fine I believe you, but you better not be lying to me or your punishment will be very severe. Now come, it's time for my bath and also you have a lot of work to do when your finish. Your gone for 4 days and everything has been hell around here, no thanks to Hannah and the stupid triplets.
The triplets were watching from afar silently whispering to each other like always. Hannah could only be useless since Alois ridiculed everything she did, even if she did do something right.
It would be hard leaving the manner again with Alois suspecting Claude of hiding a secret, but he would make it on time to meet (Y/N) at her work place. He was sure of it.

It was 12:00 and work had ended. I had never been so glad to go home. Mrs. Anne kept teasing me about Claude all day and it was really distracting. Yet I couldn't blame her she was so happy for me. I thought about all the times she was a little over the top as I walk out the shop door. There was Claude, he was right on time.
(Y/N): Your right on time.
Claude: You should expect nothing less from a butler.
(Y/N): Your right, especially if your the butler.
Claude smirked at your comment and the two of you began the walk to your home.
(Y/N): You can come in if you want.
Claude would gladly take you up on your offer. After all the inside of your home smelled like you.
(Y/N): If something crawls on your leg it's just my spider Kumo. I wonder were he Is? I haven't seen him in a while. Hopefully your not afraid of spiders.
Claude: Actually, I'm rather fond of them. I'm sure yours will turn up soon. I should say I'm rather intrigued to find your one of the few people in this world who appreciates arachnids.
(Y/N): I think their just as fine as any other animal.
You say as you go in to your room to peel off some of your work clothes and then disappeared into the living room. Claude began to look around your home and comes across your bedroom only to spot the familiar library book on your shelf. He pulled it loose from it's spot and opened it as you came in in moments later.
(Y/N): I see you found my room. And that's the library book I checked out a few days earlier when I first found Kumo. It has some interesting things on spider's I've never really knew before.
You sit down on the edge of your bed and observe Claude.
Claude: Is that so. It doesn't seem to provide much information on the most unique aspect of a spider.
(Y/N): And what's that?
Claude: The spider web.
Claude says as he sits next to you.
Claude: A spider's web is like a very strong industrial adhesive. Once your trapped in it, it's nearly impossible to free yourself and the more you struggle the more you seal your fate.
He says all the while advancing closer towards you as you were now laying on your bed. Claude was above you as he gently placed the book aside. His hands were now on both sides of your head as he stared into your sparkling (eye color) eyes.
Claude soon pushed himself away from you when he realized how nervous the position was making you. You slowly rose up. He used his hand to push a strand of your hair behind your ear.
Claude: You don't have to fret butterfly, I wouldn't do anything that you don't want me to. I'd much rather you enjoy the future activities I have for us.
You couldn't help but wonder what he could mean by that.
Oh how innocent you were.....
