Sid's POV
I walked into Alex's room to find Poe but not her so I lean out of the door way and see Adam.
"Hey Adam, Where is Alex?"
"Last I saw she was walking down the drive way."
"WHAT!!??"
I run back to my room and call Cole knowing he was out.
Alex's POV
Cole held me as the rain fell when I heard his phone ring. I tried to move away but he squeezed me hip and pulled the phone out, putting it to his ear and talked to the person on the other end as he moved his lips in my hair making his voice sound mumbled.
"Ya......Ya Shes with me." Cole told the caller and let his fingers make circles on my back dimples making me shiver in excitement.
As he talked to the caller I smiled up at him and noticed something on the side of his head. Slowly I lean to the side and see a dot.
Weird.
Moving my hand I place my finger on it and see it move from his head to my hand and it hit me. Quickly I pushed him down following behind hearing something speed by me ear.
"The fuck?" Cole said to me and stopped as I covered his mouth and placed my finger on my lips telling him to shut up.
We listen and hear another shot ring out and the bullet lands in the ground right by my foot making me jump.
"Cole!!!" I yell and fell tears start to form.
His face changed from worry to determination. As I go to crawl away to the bushes he picks me up and runs to the road. He then looks around as I slap his chest trying to make him move, but he was to busy looking for the shooter.
"In the car" He said

I climbed in and looked back as he started screaming.
"Whoever the fuck you are I will find you and you will wish you had never fired one fucking shot you cocky son of a bi_"
I pulled him in the car as another shot went off and yelled at him.
"You fucking idiot your going to get killed. Drive!!!"
He turned the car on and drove off, slamming his hand on the steering wheel.
"FUCK!!" He yelled
20 min Later
Cole drove into the driveway and sat there holding the steering wheel making his knuckles turn white.
"Cole?" I ask softly but with his eyes covered by his wet hair I couldn't tell if he was looking at me.
"Cole" I said louder and went to touch him but stopped when his eyes glared at me from the dark making me freeze.
I reached for the handle and hoped out quickly moves up the steps and saw Sid and just kept going.
Cole's POV
Sid watched Alex walk in the house and back to my car.
"What happened?" She asked as she walked up to the car window and leaned in.
"We got shot at and I'm pissed off coz instead of letting me handle it she pulled me in the car and made me run. I DON'T RUN!!!" I yell and look away and calm down.
Sid just looked at me and I saw a spark in her eye making me look at her suspiciously.
"Wow Cole your dumb." She said and I feel my jaw drop.
Did she just say that....To me??
She just scuffed and walked away as she smirked and looked behind her at me.
"Cole I know your smart but your ego just fogs up in your head. Push your cocky , macho man attitude out of the way and look, then you can understand."
And with that she walked in the house leaving me dumbfounded as the rain pored over all of us.
