Walking in the rain always made my mind shut off and my body relax. The thunder making my body jump and my heart race, the lightning up the sky making my hair stand and my eyes light up. Something caught my attention so I turned to the left and say my hide away, an open field hidden by trees and brush.

My Escape

I crossed the street and pushed my way through the bushes.  breathing in and smelling the damp earth beneth my shoes. I looked up at the sky and felt the rain fall on me.  Kicking off my shoes, I ran like a killer was chasing me across the field to the middle, spinning around and laughing to myself.

I close my eyes and think back to when I was little. Running in the rain with Caled and my mom, Playing in the mud, having parties.

As I daydreamed, something moved in the bushes and I turn and see a figure watching me.

"Who are you? Why are you here?" I yell across the field at the being.

"Where the hell have you been?!?"  The shadow yelled and came from the bushes

Shit

Cole stalked to me, furry in his eyes.

Backing up, I watched his eyes as the came closer. His feet dragging in the muddy ground.

"Alex do you think this is funny, leaving the house, leaving me?!?"

His hand rose up in a sweeping motion making me turn my head to lessen the blow but never felt it. Slowly I opened my eyes to find him just looking at me. His blue eyes full of....Worry.

"Cole I'm sorry I just wanted to see my father."

His hand slowly moved down and cupped my face, making me look up at him. The rain falling in his hair, making me look in wonder.

As I was watching him, he had placed his other hand on my waist, slowly moving tword me. His body heat is what snapped me out of it. I looked down and saw our body's together. Just as I was about to move away, Cole pulled me to him. Closing what space we had between each other.

Just as quickly, His lips landed on mine. Not in a fast lustful way, but in a calming way.  His lips bushed over mine, his hands holding me close.

The thought of the kissing in the rain scene popped in my head which made me blush.

I opened my eyes to see him, but when I did I was welcomed with a pair of ice blue eyes.  Jumping back was my first thought but I think he knew so he gripped my sides and rapped his arms around me. Holding me there.

"Don't go." He whispered as he laid his chin on my head, his eyes closed.

A part of me wanted to run, run till my legs give out, but the look he gave me, the gental touches, the....care he has for me.

Slowly and carefully I moved my arms around him and held him. His arms squeezed making me smile and kiss his head.

"Cole I'm not leaving you"

He pulled away a little and kissed me again.

"You are mine Alex. I.....I like you a lot and need your love."

I froze.

He needs my love?
