Chapter Ten

Third Person P.O.V

At exactly six pm, Harry arrived at the Snape-Malfoy residence. He pressed the doorbell holding a single white rose for Draco. Draco answered the door and almost gawked at Harry's attire. Harry took Draco's advice but to Draco, he looked stunning. His pants were fitting and the black silk shirt was tucked in. His tie was white and he looked great. His hair was actually managed despite it being unruly.

"Hi Draco, I brought you this." He smiled shyly and handed the rose to Draco. Draco's face flushed and he smiled widely.

"Thank you my prince." He said and grabbed Harry's hand. He walked Harry into the house and stopped as his father stood there glowering. His hand tightened around Harry's.

"Father, this is Harry." Draco introduced. Lucius stuck his hand out fast making Harry flinch but the small boy took the larger hand.

"Nice to meet you Harry." Lucius smirked. "Welcome to our home."

"Thank you for having me sir, it's a pleasure to meet your acquaintance." Harry managed to say.

"My husband is in the kitchen preparing the meal, please have a seat." He said and Harry nodded. The two boys took a seat and Lucius disappeared through the door opening. Harry sighed and looked at Draco worriedly.

"You're doing fine." Draco reassured. He kissed Harry's head and smiled. "You look great by the way and I love my rose."

"Well papa suggested I bring you something and you don't play with toys." Harry blushed. "And I didn't know what your parents liked so I didn't get anything for them."

"Well I'm sure your presence is enough for the time being. Come Christmas time you best get them something." He said in a teasing tone and Harry giggled.

"Okay." Harry agreed. Not a moment later, Draco's dad walked in with Lucius and smiled. Harry and Draco stood up.

"Hello Harry, it's so nice to meet you. I'm Severus, Draco's step dad." He smiled. Harry stuck out his hand and it was taken.

"Hello sir, it's nice to meet you too." Harry greeted and Severus smiled.

"Dinner is ready so please join us at the table." He smiled and Harry nodded. Draco took him by the hand and whispered reassuring words as they followed his parents into the dining area. Draco pulled Harry's chair out and allowed him to sit before pushing him in. He took a seat next to Harry as the two men sat across. "I hope you enjoy duck Harry, its Draco's favorite." He said and Harry smiled.

"I do, thank you." Harry nodded and he was served. He waited for everyone to be served and then the meal started long with the third degree from Lucius.

"So Harry, what are your intentions with my son?" He asked.

"Father!" Draco scolded but Lucius held his hand up.

"Hush Draco." He rebuked. "Harry?"

"I really like Draco. I plan to date him and see where we go from there." Harry explained and Lucius nodded.

"Alright." He said and took a bite of his duck as did Harry. "Who do you live with?"

"My godfather." He answered.

"Do you not have parents?" He asked and Severus stepped in.

"Lucius, that's not appropriate." He hissed and Harry gulped. "Harry, why do you live with you godfather?" He asked gently.
