Chapter Eleven

Draco's P.O.V

"So are you excited for spring football?" Harry asked as we sat in courtyard for lunch. He and I were alone because I decided that we should be alone.

"Yes." I nodded taking a bit of my ham sandwich. "Are you gonna come to my matches?" "If you want me to." He smiled shyly. "I don't usually go to those kinds of things."

"Well now you have a reason to start then." I smirked and he giggled.

"I guess I can start going, Dean likes to go cause Seamus plays too."

"Finnegan?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yeah Dean fancies him." He told me and I gasped.

"Seriously?"
"Yeah, he told me when I told them I was gay." He said and took a bite of his pickle.

"You recently came out?" I asked and he nodded.

"I-I didn't think about dating much." He said. "I focused on my toys and studies."

"So what made you change?"

"I saw you." He blushed. "You're pretty like I've said before. I mean Mione is pretty but I've never had any attraction to her."'

"Ahh so I turned you?" I teased and leaned in. I kissed his cheek and he blushed. "Well I'm glad you think I'm pretty cause I just so happen to think you're pretty too."

"I'm happy to hear that." He chuckled and then laid his head on my lap. I checked my phone and found we had ten minutes left of lunch.

"We should just skip the rest of the classes and take a nap." I chuckled and he smiled but shook his head.

"No silly, we need to go classes!"

"Oh you're correct cause then we're going to the toy store."

"Yes!" He said and I smiled. I sighed and looked up at the sky. It was kind of chilly outside and the sky started to get a gray hue to it.

"Harry love, we should get back inside." I told him softly and he hummed out an answer. He sat up gently and then stuck out his hand to help me up. We got up and picked our garbage up to throw it out.

"Hey Harry, can I ask you something?" I asked and he nodded holding my hand. "You um had said at dinner that you were somewhere else before you godfather's and well I was wondering why you left." I asked and Harry's hand tensed in mine.

"I-I um don't like talking about it." He told me and then frowned. I felt him shake slightly so I pulled him into a hug.

"Hey don't be scared, I'm sorry I asked." I said and I felt my shirt getting wet so my grip tightened around him. "Don't cry Harry, its okay. Whatever it was you're safe now. "I whispered and he hugged me tighter.

"C-can we find Mione?" He asked and my heart sunk a little that he couldn't speak to me about it but I sighed.

"Yes of course." He sniffled into my shirt and then lifted his head from it. He grabbed my hand tightly and we walked back into the school. Fortunately we found Granger quickly and Harry ran up to her.

"What happened?" She asked.

"I um brought up things I should have." I explained blandly. She looked down at Harry who whispered something into her ear and realization washed over her. She nodded and kissed his head. She whispered something5 to him and he nodded.
